“Convenient Location in Historical Antalya”
Very convenient location in historical Antalya. Seljuk-Ottoman Turkish style decoration with due respect to environment and history. The hotel has a museum and displays archeological and etnographic articles. Great kitchen with friendly cooks and waiters.
“Wonderful!”
Just married couple. Enjoyed relaxing and old world environment. Warm weather in January an added benefit. Everything at hotel wonderful, including wait staff and accommodations. Recommend for a winter holiday!
“Lack of services”
AC was very noisy, didn't work well and was pointing directly on the bed. WIFI stopped working on the 2nd day (they have 2 available connections, for one they didn't provide the correct password and never did. For the other the pasword was correct). When I notified the reception they told me everything was fine (password was the correct one and other connection was working) and I didn't know how to set it up. As we were talking other customers came to make the same comment so they finally agreed that maybe their WIFI stopped working. Except that no one there knew how to restart it and although they said they were calling someone and it would be fixed in the next hour more than a day later it was still not working.
“A relaxing, pleasant hotel”
Attractive authentic stone house with many courtyards and balconies. Quiet surroundings, relaxed atmosphere. Standard room was small but cosy with all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Wonderful, friendly, attentive staff. Fresh, tasty food to be found in the restaurant.
“Lovely hotel, lovely location!”
I wondered how much space I would need for one. When checking in on the first night, there was assistance with taking me to my room across the way from the main complex. Watch out for the uneven steps if not on the ground floor. The room I was placed into had everything advertised for the rate paid for, and all was pretty straightforward to operate. Food - plentiful when needed. Varied choice of hot food as well. Drinks - a little expensive. It was worth a walk around Kaleiçi [Old City] to get something a little less expensive. The pool appeared to always be empty whenever I looked in, but the atmosphere was pretty relaxed. Location, in the old city, was excellent. No complaints from me.
“Nice hotel, not worth upgrading the room”
Hotel was was attractive and had a romantic feel which is what we wanted. We upgraded to a luxury sea view room which was considerably more money and was very dissapointing. For the first night the room was available so we were put in an inferior room with no compensation. When we go to the correct room we were suppose to receive free wine and fruit and didn't get it and free use of a laptap in the room and didn't get it. The term sea view is inaccurate. To see the sea we had to go on to terrace and infront of the someone else's room. The view of the sea was distant and somewhat dissapointing.
“Old Town”
I enjoyed the location of this hotel. The beach which was near by was great!
“Wonderful little boutique hotel”
The hotel is small and intimate feeling throughout. A particular highlight was dinner in the courtyard by the pool - the fish being delicious and the setting very romantic. The staff were very helpful and professional contributing to a relaxed atmosphere that the settings created. We stayed in one of the Ottoman Empire Suites and it was amazing! The bed was large and comfortable, the private pool was lovely (if a little too chlorinated) and in general the place had a feeling of class. Will definitely be returning.
“Had a brilliant time”
I had read the reviews and was a bit concerned, but everything was really great. We arrived late and were encouraged to have our buffet evening meal before it closed at 10pm on arrival. The food - especially the starters were really delicious as was the breakfast buffet. Yes, the drinks are a bit overpriced, but then you are sitting in a nice setting with attentive waiters. Our room - the premium rate one - was located in the annex and not in the main house, but was more like a studio with a fridge, microwave and crockery. There was a bit of noise from other guests walking past on the stairs and the cleaners starting at 8am, but it was not excessive. The staff were friendly and efficient, there was somewhere to store our suitcases on the last day when we were not flying out until the evening, so all in all I would definitely go back.
“Best Hotel in Old Antalya”
This has been our third stay at Alp Pasha and we highly recommend this hotel. Most guest take the "full breakfast, free dinner option" which is well worth the money. Internet is now free. Hotel is located in the center of Kaleci, Antalya's old city.
