The hotel is good, but if you want to use the spa, it is a complete rip off as the prices are well over prices and for example I had a faciial for 55 mintues and a eye treatment for 45 mintues they done these at the same time for 55 mintues and charged 200 euro,s ontop of that if you naked having treatment in the turkish bath, men just walk in.
Our experience with Gloria Golf Resort far exceeded our expectations. On arrival we were sat down and welcomed with a drink of our choice; Mahmut, the receptionist, came to our table to welcome us and to give us an idea about the place and its services. The check in process was fast and efficient. Our request to be given a room next to our friends' room was promptly met. The room was adequately sized, very clean, and well stocked with necessary toiletries and white goods. Housekeeping and room services were very prompt in responding to our requests. The complimentary Wi Fi is good, and it was enough for our purposes.
The food services are outstanding. The buffet breakfast and dinner have so much varieties that will satisfy every taste, and in abundance.
Every evening, there are many entertainment activities to attend, for free.
The hotel provides shuttle services to Gloria golf courses every 20 minutes.
In other words, everything was done to near perfection. We had a dream memorable vacation
The weather was beautiful. The Hotel Staff were very friendly and considerate. Myself and my Mother went to Grand Prestige Hotel and were pleasantly surprised. We were very pleased with the accommodation, food and drinks. We really liked the beach which was amazing.

it was nice, but the staff do not speak English which is really difficult to handle.
I paid for a sea view room, but got a side view room that see the sea from far away, of course trying to change it with people who do not speak English made it impossible.
Transportation provided by the hotel reception is really expensive, you have to consider some local numbers to be able to move in and out of the hotel.
The food is great, but certain restaurants need reservation, and are not for free (around thirty dollars per person).
The VIP beach lounge is a kind of expensive (fifty dollars per person), nothing special inside, you are being well served, but after all you can go to the bar and bring your drinks normally on the free beach.
it is a nice place for families, and for Russians, but for English or French speakers you are not the target client here.
the Internet is a kind of fraud :first device is for free, second devise is not free and of course all of us have a second and a third device. Best plan is seventy four dollars per week per device, can you imagine!!!

It was a wonderful trip and hotel. The staff was really kind and well-educated. At check-in they made us a favour with upgrading my room from landview deluxe to sea view deluxe. The alacarte restaurants were lovely. The quality of the foods and the brands they use were very luxury. Everything was really perfect and I would like to come back soon to this hotel.
