Didn't like the fact that you also have to pay $8 per day to park in their surface lot. This is also not advertised anywhere so you are kind of stuck once you get there to check in and they shock you with that extra fee.

Cold. Elevators smelled of stale sweat. Had to pay for parking through 3rd party app. Limited, poor quality foods.
Advertised cocktails could not be made because they didn't have the ingredients. Noisy refrigerator..

No notice about charge for parking until after check in. That was an additional $45. My room had no shampoo which I didn’t notice until in the shower so I had to get out and call for shampoo which took about 20 minutes. Overall not very impressed for the high prices.

Our trip was to the Navy/Air Force football game. This was a great location to the academy. Excellent shuttle service just down the street. There is not much of a bar at the hotel but we found Memo's right across the street. Great food and service there!! We would recommend this location.

Since Covid the lack of daily cleaning rooms is just a cop out. Gone are the days of returning to a tidy room with fresh towels and and emptied garbage. Just sets a tone for your stay & impression. Overhead on cleaning has to have gone down but prices haven’t.

Unable to find a representative at front desk to check-in. Called desk several times and no one came out of the office. Waited at least an hour and then called the downtown branch and Expedia to try a locate anybody. No help from either. Either they left the building during duty or sleep somewhere. Absolutely terrible experience!!!!

I was told to request extra towels and wash clothes@ Front Desk in mornings as there was "no one" including Front Desk personnel available to assist w/ this request in the evenings and nights but the "posted sign" in bathroom stated to "call front desk anytime for extra bath and wash towels if needed". I have stayed @ Hilton several times prior to Pandemic and the service was always highly rated. My recent experience was disappointing. I think Hilton Corp Mgt. team need better oversight of their site locations and hire staff that understand "quality starts w/ each employee" and their buy-in to the Hilton Model of quality service.

We booked a king room and when we got there we were told it was not available. (Another couple there with same issue)Then they tried to charge a higher rate for queen room than what was advertised. Also Orbitz advertising free parking and they charge for parking.

Liked that it was across from the Anne Arundel Farmer's Market. Also across from a CVS so you could buy bottled water vs having to pay for the bottles left in the room ($2 not bad & convenient, but still...). Bathroom floor was sticky & when asked for extra towels they never arrived. Front desk staff was nice enough though.

It was a very very dated property, the bathroom smelled like mildew, the carpet was worn, you could hear the other rooms plumbing when they used water. I will not stay again I paid too much even with my $94.00 off

The people who work the front desk and breakfast were lovely. Breakfast was great.
The beds need to be replaced and house keeping should consider dusting the wood headboards. The tissue box was empty after we took 1 tissue out of it. Found a few random hairs in the bathroom that grossed me out a bit. The thermostat doesn’t work too well either. It has a hard time regulating the temp we set it at. Pillows weren’t comfortable and the bed kept shifting away from the headboard. We stayed for 3 nights. I would check out other places before staying here.

Shower curtain was filthy created an awful odor, small refrigerator smelled like fish, filthy under the beds with trash leftover from previous visits.
