“Nice Hotel”
The breakfast was very impressive. We didn't eat again until dinner that night!
“Very nice”
The room was much better than I had anticipated. Comfortable, clean, quiet, and plenty of breakfast in the morning included, albeit a continental one. I will stay there every time we go to MD RenFaire. It's half the price of hotels "near" the festival even though it only took us 10 minutes to get there...lots of restaurants in walking distance or easy to drive to. Even though they had two busses of people booked there as well, it was quiet..and I slept great. Great place....
“Don't expect them to hold your room”
Arrived after midnight. Apparently they did not hold the room we requested even though we paid in advance through expedia. They could not switch us to another room because the computer would not permit it. After about a half hour of fooling around with the computer, the hotel person on duty had to call someone to find out how to make the switch. We finally got into the room very late close to 1 am. How can the hotel give up a room assigned to us if we paid in advance? They are not losing money even if we don't show up. There shouild be some penalty to the hotel. Unfortunately we cannot recommend the hotel.

We spent the day in DC and the night at this hotel. Nice pool, friendly staff, and lots of fun!
“Pleasant surprise on room key envelope”
The king bed was confortable. The curtains darkened the room properly. I've suffered in other hotels that did not adequately block out street lights. This Hampton Inn wrote the wireless access passcode on the hotel key envelope. I was pleasantly stunned. The staff anticipated my needs. The next morning the hot breakfast and coffee were satisfying and it was a delightful climax before I checked out. I really hope to be back.
“Loved it”
I would recommend this hotel to anyone and even stay there again as long as that young lady is not working there. The other young ladies that were working the desk were very polite and professional. They really went out of their way to make up for the young woman who clearly does not need to work with the public in any customer service related job. If she was comfortable enough to bring a nail technician to work to get a full set of acrylic nails done while she is at work, I would hate to think of the other things she has gotten away with. She set a bad example for my daughter as well. I will be returning to this hotel, because other then that young lady, the hotel was outstanding.

Staying at this hotel was a good experience. Front desk people could have been a little friendlier, but otherwise no complaints. Would definitely stay here again.
