Room was roomy and very clean. Needing smelled wonderful. Reception clerks we very kind and considerate. Only thing need more sugar & cream for coffee.

The toilet didn’t work properly. It was disgusting. I had to take off the lid and flush continuously to clear it. Ridiculous

Stayed on the 6th floor, no ice machine. Had to go down to the lobby just to get ice for my room Seriously, it's just ice. So what if someone uses a little extra for a cooler. Cutting overhead at the convenience of the patron.

Not happy
There were a ton of teenagers in the hotel this weekend and no one could control them. They ran through the halls they were loud and just made us extremely uncomfortable. The hotel is too expensive to have the kind of experience I had. I probably won’t ever stay there again.

The room was very nice, comfortable and was clean. I suggest letting guests know that there are minimal towels and cloths in the room if more than 2 guests are staying.... before the guest gets to their room and becomes comfortable.

The hotel is well situated. 15 minutes away from U Michigan. Quiet, safe and clean. The only thing that intrigued me is that when they sent this survey they sent it to my daughter’s email who was not with me, does not live with me and had nothing to do with this reservation. I found very concerning that they use other people’s email to communicate. What else will they be sending with my information to someone else.

We stayed one night during a campus tour and athletic camp for our daughter. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was lovely and we were very comfortable during our stay. We only stayed one night but it was very quiet, easy to get to and convenient parking.
