“Great experience. Quiet and clean hotel.”

My husband and I stayed at the hotel while in town for a Michigan Wolverines football game. I could not believe how quiet the hotel was!!! It is a nice, new hotel that is very clean. We were very pleased with our stay and the service we received.

“High Class Holiday Inn”

If you are visiting Ann Arbor and cannot find a hotel on campus, this is a great alternative, and is much nicer than most Holiday Inn properties. The GM is on-site, takes the time to speak with guests, and puts in the extra effort to make your stay enjoyable.

“Not terribly impressed”

I guess this is the best A2 has to offer? The room was fine. Adequate. It's not something I particularly enjoyed for a week or something I'd want to do again. The room was not super clean (particularly the bathroom- there were stains all over the bathroom walls and shower curtain) and there were bugs in the sofa in the living room. Not a bad option if you are staying a short amount of time and not spending a lot of time in the room. Otherwise? Meh.

“Basic and Convenient”

The location is very convenient if you have business in the southern part of ann arbor or the michigan stadium and arenas. Hotel is very basic and on the small side, more similar to a business oriented property located in a business park, than in a major family travel destination.

“clean, convenient, & decently priced”

I was staying at Holiday Inn & Suites Ann Arbor University Area for a 3 day conference. I was pleasantly surprised how friendly, clean and convenient the hotel was. I will definitely return to Ann Arbor and will not hesitate to book a room at the Holiday Inn & Suites.
