“Would not go back”

We were not impressed with this hotel at all. It was so bad that we almost drove in the middle of the night to go home. When we first arrived they gave us a room that did not even have sheets on the bed and had to ask for another room. The TV didn't work and the place seemed dirty. We would not go back no matter how much money we could save.

So disappointed hotel. Bad service. No towels. not recommend to stay.

“ann arbor hotels are expensive...”

This hotel was the most inexpensive I could find, but far from being worth the night average that I paid. The towels were terrycloth, the bed linens barely adequate and the hotel also appeared to be serving as a halfway house or some other function that made me relatively afraid for personal safety and the security of my belongings in my room. The location was great for where I needed to be, it's just that a ton of other things added up to adversely affect the overall stay.

We are very disappointed that you did not like the rates in Ann Arbor. Unfortunately, we can not enforce a dress code on any paying guests, especially when they able to pay the same rate as all other guests. Furthermore, it does not appear that you brought your concerns to any of our managers or the front desk clerk that could have corrected the alleged condition of your room. We are not sure if you stayed at our hotel because we are not the most expensive hotel in Ann Arbor, however on behalf of the Ann Arbor community of hotels; we apologize. Please visit Ann Arbor when the rates are low, we are sure you will be pleased. Thanks and have a nice day!

“Do not come here”

I had family coming to visit and booked a reservation here because it was affordable. When we got to the hotel, everyone was disappointed. The hotel looks and smells like it hasn't gotten any work done since the 70s. It smelled dingy. The room was dirty and we found toenail clippings on the bathroom floor! The heater in the room was so loud that we didn't sleep well at all. There was a lot of commotion from other guests which kept us awake too. Complimentary breakfast?? We had cheerios, stale bagels, and mini muffins, and terrible coffee. The dining area was smaller than the hotel room. In short, don't come here. The location is great, but it's not worth it.
