It is a great hotel in Ankara. An excellent service at front desk.

“as nice as expected”

This hotel is what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Clean, comfortable, attentive service. I needed new batteries for TV remote and it was delivered within 5 minutes. The air conditioner in the room did not seem to work but I did not complain to the management because at the time it was not really needed. I guess they would have quickly transferred me to another room if I had. Another minus is the lack of free internet access in the rooms or the lobby. This is a basic service now for which I usually don't have to pay extra at other places.

“prima hotel met veel faciliteiten.echter met restricties”

jammer dat kinderen van 13 jaar niet zonder toezicht van ouders gebruik mogen maken van het zwembad.1 van de redenen waarom we voor dit hotel hadden gekozen was vanwege de faciliteiten van zwembad en fitness voor de kinderen.
