“Clean, mostly comfortable and convenient”

Street noise while sleeping was very annoying but other than that the hotel was very comfortable and convenient. Great breakfast. It wuld helpful if the front desk staff would try to be a bit more friendly.

Dedeman, more than anything was convenient to my trip since it was close to the place that I needed to be. The only issue to me was, they should of had more staff people who could speak basic english.

“Avoid This Hotel At All Costs-Terrible”

This hotel is the worst hotel I've stayed in with this rating in my 35 years of travel. The service is surly if not nonexistent. The staff makes it obvious that they will not do anything to help you in any way. Multiple requests for service at the front desk in the room go ignored. There is much street and hallway noise, and the "King" bed is smaller than a double bed at other hotels! The "fitness center" was a treadmill and a set of dumbells in a closet. The concierge refuses to assist in any way with information or plans, would not even provide a map. I would avoid this hotel at any costs, as they clearly do not understand the concept of customer value or service. There was a complete disregard for my comfort and well-being at every possible level. I can't think of one single positive thing to say about it.

Area recommendations

I like the Tunali area for restaurants and shops. I've stayed at the Hilton there, it is a much better hotel for the money.

“Ein schönes Hotel im Zentrum der Stadt”

Man fühlt sich hier sofort wilkommen, die Leute empfangen einen wie zuhause. Man drängt sich nicht auf und kann doch die Wünsche von den Augen ablesen. Das Personal ist geschult und die Arbeit scheint allen Spaß zu machen! Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

Vom Hotel aus gelangt man unmittelbar ins Zentrum wo man auf diversen Märkten Sachen kaufen kann und auch zu Essen gibt es reichlich.
