The hotel was in a convenient location with underground car parking. Although it is not cheap, the public parking is not much cheaper. It was a 10min walk to the centre and cafes and restaurants close by.
All was good. I was warmly received and greeted. It was easy to get to from the bus station. Everything in the room and bath functioned properly. Good wi-do. Lots of hot water. There was some noise in the hall, but maybe a large group was there. I would stay there again.

Hotel is fairly centrally located close to all amenities. The reception is what anyone would expect for a 4* rating. There is a gift shop selling quality jewellery and watches to souvenirs etc. The staff were helpful, although I found their English rather limited. The rooms are reasonably well equipped. Clean, plenty of bedding and hanging space. Could do with a few more power points though. Bathroom very good . However, the only negative comment I would make is that the swimming pool is rather run down in need of some maintenance and upgrading. The floor around the pool when wet has no non slip properties. The jacoozee is very good as are the steam and sauna rooms. The sun terrace is very is satisfactory. The gym is fairly well equipped for its size. Free Wi Fi is a bonus open network with password access. (Though not secure according to my computer warnings) Over all I would rate it at about 3.5 - 4.
Beautiful place to stay. Enormous room, enormous bathroom with walk in shower and jacuzzi bath. All so comfortable. Staff were very helpful, and there was always someone who spoke English, which was handy, as otherwise it seems to be Spanish and Catalan in Andorra. We were on the third floor, and had a balcony with picture window looking out across the mountains, the town and the valley - fabulous. There is a swimming pool on this floor also, and a spa. Underground garage. Free wifi. We did not eat dinner in the hotel, but the breakfasts were substantial and excellent.
I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough, anyone going to Andorra should take the chance to stay there.
After having my bag and passport stolen in Barcelona, I needed a relaxing weekend to forget about troubles. Checking into the Hotel Plaza was the right move. The staff was sympathetic to my needs a very nice to my friend and I. We had a wonderful massage in the onsite spa; and a few hours in the spa after the treatment. We enjoyed happy hour in the cafe/bar. The whole city of Andorra la Vella met my need for a relaxing stay with a people much more trustworthy then those I had left in Spain.

Hotel Magic Andorra was a very nice hotel, parking was convenient and it is located on a busy street, with lots of shopping. Andorra la Vella is gorgeous, set in the Pyrennes mountains and well worth the drive from Spain. I didn't ask the hotel front desk but wish that someone had explained to us that dinner time is different in Andorra than is was in Spain. We went to Caldea Spa in the late afternoon and when we finished with our massages at 9:00 p.m., there was almost nothing open for the evening meal. Luckily one of the bars near our hotel was open and the cook was still there and was wiling to make us something. The hotel was within walking distance of the Caldea Spa, which I highly recommend to anyone traveling to Andorra la Vella.
Hard to have a bad view in Andorra, but this place doesn't disappoint. Lots of great amenities (gym, pool, sauna, bar) and the room was amazing. Great value, and one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at.
"Comfortable, mid-range stay near La Vella station"
Warm and friendly welcome, allowed to leave my bag at reception before check-in time. Room slightly rustic in feel, comfortable, mini-bar, in-room WiFi, BBC World on TV. Very fair price, not three minutes' walk from the bus station for easy arrival/departure to/from Barcelona. Cafe/restaurant attached. Breakfast a bit of a bun fight, but at this price, no complaints at all. Highly recommended.
Andorra la Vella draws tourists as ski destination, with many winter sports resorts an easy bus ride away. Après-ski, indulge in retail therapy at Andorra's many duty-free shops. The picturesque cobblestones and Romanesque architecture of the Old Town are easily explored on foot, and visitors should tour the ancient churches, parliament building, and Government Exhibition Hall and adjacent piazza.
