“Best in Clemson”

The room was very nice and smelled great. The duvet was a nice surprise and the bed was very comfortable - big pillows. And breakfast was good! - better than most. One thing that travelers should know is that there is a train that runs behind all the hotels adjacent (including this one) and there is no fixed schedule of when trains will pass. The staff was kind enough to alert me to this situation and said that they would allow me to change rooms without hesitation. Very pleased but didn't need to be moved. The hotel is right at the campus, just below Hartwell Lake. I will book this hotel from now on.
