Our room was dirty and had many broken tile pieces in the bathroom. Bedding might have been changed but blankets had stains. Bathroom didn’t appear to be cleaned as there was used soap bars in the bathtub.

We requested a shuttle to the airport to pick up a rental car, which should’ve been a 15 minute drive but he also took someone to do laundry which then let us to be late to get to the airport and then just got us late for the rest of the day, not a good experience

there was no service provided during our stay. The room did not have hand towels, soap or toilet paper in the room. We had to ask for toilet paper and then go downstairs to get it ourselves. There was not enough food for the guests at breakfast. The room was clean and the shuttle from the airport was very convenient.

The front desk staff, kitchen and shuttle staff were very nice and helpful. The location name of “downtown” is misleading. You are a decent walk to downtown and it’s not a lovely walk. With that said, the shuttle will give rides to and from downtown which is a nice perk. My major, and I mean MAJOR, complaint is around hot water. Can take 10-15 minutes to get hot but the constant varying temperature from too hot to very cold was truly miserable. Rumor is that it’s under new ownership and that they are working on it but til some upgrades happen, I would not stay again.

Hotel looks nice from the outside (though a very odd location) & the lobby was nice. However, everything else is severely lacking.. We are a family of 5 & booked a 2 queen room which per their website sleeps 5. I assumed this meant there was a pull out couch in the room as well. There was no couch but only 2 chairs for seating. I asked the front desk if we could have a rollaway bed & was told that it may not be possible as it was a fire hazard in the 2 queen rooms… when I asked how we are supposed to sleep 5 with only 2 beds & informed them that on their website it does show a couch bed, they then offered the rollaway.. No biggie we made it work. The kids wanted to go swimming in the indoor pool (a main reason I booked this particular property) only to find it was freezing cold. According to the front desk, their heat pump went out about 2 weeks ago & they’ve been trying to heat it by running hot water through a hose from the bathroom.. (it didn’t work) Disappointing, but what can you do? Returned to our room & my husband was going to shower. Let the water run for 20 mins & not once did it get warm… Went back to the front desk to let them know we had no hot water & was told “oh yeah, there’s been problems with the hot water on that side of the building”… Why put people in rooms when you know there is no hot water?! It would be different if we were only there for one night, but we were booked for 4 nights. That’s too long to expect people to not shower.

Great value and included airport shuttle. Shuttle also takes you a five mile radius to closeby shopping and dining, although close enough to walk as well. Coastal trail and passenger railroad right nearby.

First stay was awesome . A week later, they forgot to send the shuttle to pick us up. Had to call 3 times. Reported no hot water, was told to let it run 10 minutes. Loved the staff the first stay. Not sure what happened during the week we were gone. Staff very inefficient .

The parking at property was bad and Ice and ruts all around the building and most people just parked along the building where there was less ice and easier to get in and out of there without breaking something on your vehicle. Bathrooms were less than desirable also.

Hotel is located next to train tracks! We had to leave the water running for a good 30 min before it even got warm enough to shower, notified maintenance and they never came to our room. Stains noted on carpet.

Book this place if you would like to be welcomed by dirty linen , unwashed sheets , blocked toilets and musty odor . Staff was professional and helpful , but it would help if some attention was paid towards the property. Booked 5 rooms out of which had to req the staff to change 3 rooms. You can easily hear what the person in the next room is talking about.

I didn’t like much. Service was poor, the room was not clean when we arrived 9pm then the lady looked like all she did was just put the same sheets back on the bed. It was not even clean. I should have known better because there was a guest that came down 3 times saying her room was not clean and the sheets were dirty. No clean towels for the entire 7 days, there was also mold in our bathroom. Customer service was not much better, but there was one young lady in the morning she was very pleasant.

Hotel looks good on outside but on inside was different story. Key cards do not work and had to reactivate almost daily, elevator works at times, pool was out of order and when it was it was not clean and freezing cold, shower curtains were all too short for bathtubs, rooms were not clean with cracked tiles, hot water was an issue due to pumps breaking, breakfast was limited and due to the short staffing several staff played many roles. We could not cancel or check out due to Expedia’s cancellation policy and even after changing rooms for the price you pay, it’s definitely not worth booking. We felt for the staff who tried to help but the hotel itself needs major repairs.

On checkin no shower curtain, incomplete towel set. Tiles in bathroom were loose and the grout was coming out. Only 2 usb outlets on only one side of the bed so not enough for the both of us.

It was a very disappointing stay. The pool was closed for 5 out of the 6 days we stayed. We asked for a refund if we were to check out early as we booked there because it had a pool. They refused. We had asked for housecleaning 2 days in a row and they never showed up. We had to go to the front desk to ask for toilet paper, more coffee for the room, new towels. It was just a very disappointing stay. We checked out early anyway as we needed to get home. I would not recommend staying there.
