Staff was excellent! Lukas and Itsy were phenomenal and were very accommodating. Unfortunately the power went out for close to 24 hours. They couldn’t get it fixed because the power lines were under the hotel. There were some ants in our room on the bed and table, but they had maintenance up to our room right away to clean the area.

The power went out and we were not able to sleep comfortably due to how hot it was. We were in the darkness even when the sun came out in the morning. The room was very dark. It was very inconvenient.

Great people, nice rooms- clean and comfortable. The lobby needs work which is sad because overall hotel much better than initial lobby introduction. ( sofas cheap and dirty) same for restaurant- good food, outstanding service and reasonable but bedspreads on booth seats tacky)
