La Sirène - Overlooking the confluence of five canals, this nautically themed restaurant specializes in fresh seafood. La Sirène's concept was created in cooperation with Michel Rostang, a two-Michelin-star executive chef and proprietor of the Le Dessirier in Paris. The restaurant serves a buffet breakfast, set menus and à la carte lunch and dinner, and Sunday champagne brunch. A waterside terrace is open for lunch and dinner during warmer months.
Lounge - This lounge has a fireplace, upholstered sofas, canal views, and a full bar. Light meals and an afternoon tea are served daily. A waterside terrace is open during summer.

“Great location and good quality”
Just returned from a long weekend and thoroughly happy with the hotel room. Just outside the pijp area which is good for tram routes, restaurants and albert cruyp Market. Hotel is nice, clean and modern. We didn't eat but had evening drinks and found the bar area relaxing without being hassled. Would recommend if you don't want the noise of the city.
“Very Comfortable”
Great hotel. Great service. Comfortable, and convenient. They let me check in early and were unexpectedly helpful all the way through. I would recommend who wants to be in the area to stay there.
“Condition of room very disappointing but otherwise good”
Extremely helpful receptionist, so a good impression on arrival. But my room was very shabby - the carpet torn, the furniture scratched, the basin cracked................. Breakfast was good, but expereince was marred by a disappointing room in a not cheap hotel.

under staff, very unfriendly. do not forget to bring your own soap. be careful with the breakfast promotion; the price is for one person, although you may think that is for two.
“Birthday surprise”
A lovely stay at the hotel. Lovely room and bed extremely comfortable. Unfortunately the Restaurant was closed during our stay, but it did look beautiful. A good 20 minute walk to the centre of town, take comfortable shoes.
“Lovely hotel, Good location”
The hotel is at the edge of the touristy part of Amsterdam, its about a 15 minute tram ride (#5) from Centraal station. The hotel is very nice, the room was larger than any of the other european hotels I stayed in. Our room was a little hard to find because the room numbers for the first floor were not exactly in order and the front desk lady kept insisting it was down one corridor but it really was not. Certain front desk people were a tad rude or unhelpful, but there were also some that were very nice - I guess it depends on your luck! Over all the room was clean and comfortable - there was a nice restaurant in the hotel that seemed to always be operational either for food or for bar drinks. The marina behind the hotel was a very nice place to relax at the end of the day. The immediate vicinity of the hotel is a bit quiet, but if you're willing to walk 5-10 minutes, there are a few bars, restaurants, and convenient stores.

Nice hotel with very courteous and helpful staff. In an attractive area overlooking a canal and rowing club.
“An enjoyable experience”
We enjoyed our stay and found the hotel and staff met our expectations & more-friendly, helpful and informative. We enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant and couldn't fault the service. The location suited us as we liked the quieter residential area and seeing the Amsterdam people going about their daily life rather than fellow tourists. Within easy walking of the museums or no 5 tram ride (central Station or Zuid) takes you a short walk to hotel. English spoken by all staff we encounted.
