“we wil definatley use again”

just one small thing missing from the room was tea & coffee making facilities.

“Nice Hotel in good location”

I would not rate this as a 5 star property, but it was in a great location and was very clean. The common areas and the executive club were excellent, modern and sleek. We had a large room on the top floor which was very comfortable, but dated in style. I consider this hotel more of a business hotel, as it is listed in one of my travel books, as opposed to a luxury hotel.

“Excellent place to be!!!”

Very nice hotel, one of the moat comfortable hotel beds iv ever slept on! Hotel bar relaxing but very expensive, as you would expect hotel prices to be. Location of the hotel is very good only 10 Minutes from central station. Hotel staff extremely helpful and polite. Would stay again and recommend to anyone.

“Great Hotel but poor service”

We stayed for two nights, great location and smart stylish rooms. We stayed at Club level which meant we could use a private lounge offering free drinks and snacks. It was such a shame that the customer service didn't live up quality of the rest of the hotel. Check in was excellent but after that we found most of the staff surly and offhand and sometimes rude. We had to complain twice, especailly about room service. After the first night they forgot to clean our room

“Best hotel we've stayed in anywhere”

Hotel staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. Hotel is spotlessly clean. We ate in the hotel once - albeit only a bar supper, but the food was good. We'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

Area recommendations

Canal cruise was good. Anne Frank's house was a real eye opener - seeing everything we'd read about in the diary was amazing. Dam Square was a little disappointing as the Palace had scaffolding & hoardings surrounding it and the Square itself was set up for beach football - not at all what we were expecting.
