The room was spacious for 4 people. The beds was comfy. The room was clean. Staff was really helpful. The tram is outside the hotel and bus is across the road.

Would we stay again - Yes. Bathroom was very cold, windows need to be double glaze and TV needs tuning or replacing. You get 2 coffee pods, bot a full box. Other than this, did the job a treat. Thanks. 25 mins to Centraal via bud and same to airport, both on doorstep..

This hotel is a very good place for a quick stay in Amsterdam. It very clean and tidy, staff is really nice and you have a very good connection to city centre and airport. Must recommend.

High priced, low quality
This hotel uses an automated kiosk instead of a guest reception desk. At the time of check in, there was no one to greet us. Just some men smoking outside the entrance. The room I was assigned by the machine was an “upgrade” without the option to refuse. It changed my reservation from a double bed into 3 single beds. Child sized beds, just what I didn’t want. The room was a bit banged up in places, for example where one door contacts a nearby door. Critically, the room lacked basic bottles of water. Do they intend their guests drink like dogs from the bathroom sink? For around 200 euros per night, I’m glad I didn’t stay another day longer.

Front desk was very helpful when we arrived. Beds were very confortable. We left the sign for housekeeping during the day and was not done when we came back, so we requested change of towels and then all was fine.

Lovely hotel, staff very helpful and location is brilliant- tram, bus and train stations all very close. I recommend walking to Slotmeer park from here, its beautiful ! Hotel is 30 mins max on tram from central !

Xo Infinity hotel review.
Was overall okey. The room was modern, and looked good. It was clean Bed was alright, and shower and bathroom was nice. But the corridors where very long and tight to get trough. There was stains on the curtains, and a lot of flies in the room. Like honestly 20+ flies the 2 days we where there. But the worst part was the sound levels from the outside. The area suffers alot from loud cars, bikes, and people at night. Would also have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room.

All the staff we encountered could not be more helpful. The first night we requested more pillows as the ones provided are square and realistically far too small, the man at the reception managed to get us another set, all done with grace and professionalism. We ended up having to add an extra night on top of our stay, to which the two female staff members who we dealt with over the course of two days were exceptionally helpful. Our room was clean, however other guests were clearly smoking cigarettes in their rooms as we had a strong smell of smoke in our bathroom, this was also evident in the reception area. There are high tech touches here and there such as the self service check in and check out, assigning yourself a room key and the housekeeping notice, however with all these high tech touches, although we had a large tv there were very little channels to choose from. TV’s with access to Netflix would be a good option as we have encountered in other hotels. Overall we would definitely stay here again. Transport links to the airport and city centre are outside the front doors, also a shopping centre opposite with good supermarkets for snacks, and good takeaway options on the same street. We Chose not to wonder too far out on foot at night though, area seemed slightly sketchy with large groups of men staring at my partner, obviously not a reflection of the hotel though. Value for money in comparison with other options is at the top end.

Good hotel but nowhere near the city centre
When we arrived check in was so simple. It was self service and we just entered our names and date of birth then we were greeted with a keycard. The room was spacious and it had a nespresso machine. Most of the TV channels were in english and it even had BBC and ITV channels. The only fault was that it was nowhere near the city centre and you had to rely on public transport to get around.

Worth the stay!
The Xo Infinity is a lovely hotel situated in a nice location about 20mins to Central Amsterdam. The hotel staff are lovely and friendly. Daily housekeeping and free coffee making with daily coffee and tea. The hotel is peaceful and easy access to places with plenty of local shops.

Even though it's not in the middle of everything, rhis hotel has convenient access to central Amsterdam via tram, and convenient access to Schiphol Airport by bus (369). The hotel is right next to the Plein '40-'45 bus/tram stop. There are a good number of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was small, but sufficient amd clean, and modern in decor. Would have liked having more than one pillow per person. The showers were AWESOME (those rain-type showers). We were on the first (European) floor on the odd/back side of the hotel, and heard very little (if any) noise during our stay. Staffing quality varied WIDELY between the day and night crews. We talked to the night crew to let them know our flight had been delayed and to hold our room, as we would be arriving 18-ish hours late, however, they instead shifted our whole reservation by a day. Day crew cleaned up the mess. We discovered around 8pm after being out for the day that our TV was not working. I called the front desk, and the man I spoke to did not apologize for the inconvenience, or offer to send someone up in the morning, just rudely said, "I don't know anything about the TVs, housekeeping is gone for the day." When I called back in the morning as we left for the day, the desk offered to come right up and take a look, and it was fixed when we arrived back. All in all, a mixed bag, but I think we would probably stay again.

Great hotel
Very nice hotel, extremely clean. Location was great, very nice neighborhood, tram and bus stop in front of the hotel, about 20-25 minutes to city center. Overall a great accommodation, we'll sure stay again at this hotel our next trip to Amsterdam.

There was few insects on the room and I could hear my neighbors all time. No one will welcome you and it is a self services system. Very dark and not in the best neighborhood. However, the tram is just in front of the hotel.

Hotel is clearly being refurbished at the moment. The room was clean and the bathroom very nice. A bit noisy as the room backed onto a street where there was quite a lot of activity not excessively so. Coffee machine didn't work!
