“Great Airport Hotel but close to the City”
Don't be fooled. Its on the airport but you can't hear the planes at all! Fabulous service/value - room was perfect - great gym/swimming pool. The shuttle service to the airport is prompt and reliable. We couldn't fault this hotel - even had kids games in the Sports/Media bar (monopoly,checkers and others) which kept our 8 year old entertained in the evening after a day sightseeing in Amsterdam. Don't hesitate to book this hotel. We loved it.
“very impressed”
I've stayed in lots of hotels with my husband on business, all over Europe, USA inc Hawaii. This is one of the best. The staff were helpful and friendly. the room was great (2 hairdriers, heated non mist mirrors) up there with the best of them, nice bed linen, good security. Shuttle buses to airport and (for fee) into town. Food in the bar was good, buffet breakfast at weekend excellent. Convenient for bus to kuekenhof and getting into Amsterdam.
“Great hotel”
My wife and I used this hotel for one night only after arriving at Amsterdam Shiphol airport. The hotel provides a regular free bus to and from the airport and the transfer time is only about 10 minutes. It has a leisure centre including gym, pool, sauna, steam room and solarium which are great for relaxing after travelling. There are two places to eat including a formal dining room and a bar/cafe. We used the bar/cafe which still had waitress service and a good choice of food. The room was well appointed with the usual facilities that you would expect in a good quality hotel. Overall a great hotel which didn't disappoint in any way - we would certainly stay there again and recommend it.
“Great quality for the price”
Excellent quality hotel 10 minutes from Schipol. The wait for the bus and ride to the Dorint was well rewarded with a comfortable, modern room and pleasant service. 40+% cheaper that the Sheraton at the airport.

Clean and new will made us comfort during all the time spent at the hotel.

“Excellent Hotel”
Modern, comfortable hotel situated in a business area. Excellent, regular and reliable shuttle to Schiphol (10 minute journey, leaves every half hour, large coach, never close to full). From Schiphol excellent train service to city centre. Rooms excellent and very quiet. Only negative was very high price of Breakfast, even the "light" breakfast in the bar was very expensive. However other Bar food was good and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again.
“Close to the airport”
Ideal for a stay close to Schipol. There also seemed to be a shuttle available to the city centre which would be very useful. Nice place though, good breakfast and I'd recommend it.
“When is 'at the airport' not at the airport?”
Good quality hotel, but 'at the airport' means several kilometres from the terminal & certainly too far to walk. Shuttle bus is only every 30 minutes. I also did not understand why the euro 1.50 local tax had to be collected at check-out (rather than at check-in) - to avoid another reception desk call at getaway time. My booked 0530 alarm call didn't materialise either .....
