“lovely hotel”

hotel friendly clean and safe even though under reconstruction, barely noticed. tea/cofee in room should be there but is not.i realy enjoyed this hotel and amsterdam.

“Tidy, nice, beautiful hotel, which is located near down town”

The room is very beautiful. It has nice big TV in front of the bed so i can watch it while laying. The bathroom is really new and beautiful. I wanted a bath tub but it's still ok. The location is near Holland casino and Leisplein. They also have ticketing system for deposit of luggage, so no one can steal luggage.

Hotel exceeded expectations.. excellent location, friendly staff and good room overlooking the canal...close to public transport and will certainly return

“Very good accomodation”

This otel is situated just outside the city centre, withing walking distance from it. Its vicinity to the wonderful Rijksmuseum is definitely a plus. The reakfast is very good, the rooms are small but clean, modern and comfortable. I'd recommend this accomodation.

“Would definitely go back”

The hotel's location was great. We were near Vondel park, where everyone seems to hang out. We were in the designer district, which was great for window shopping, but not much else, unless you'd won the lottery. Good restaurants and bars were a short walk away. It was also very easy to walk to the centre of town although we took the tram back to the hotel a couple of times at night. We went on 2 canal trips and on the last day we found the flea market. A short stay is ideal to see the main attractions. I would like to visit again to see the tulip fields in bloom.

Staff were very polite, and the hotel was clean and presentable.

The hotel had an excellent location (right next to the rijksmuseum!) and a very nice room at a good price. The room was slightly small, but definitely comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone.

“Nice Hotel”

Really clean and confortable. My only critsm would be that they call them a city centre hotel which I felt was misleading as the centre was a fairly long walk and by the end of the weekend we were exhausted from so much walking!

“Fantastic location and very clean”

Lovely comfortable hotel, rooms are a little small and you have to request for coffee/tea making facilities although very helpful staff. Comfortable and Clean. Bar was a little desolate because there did not seem to be seperate bar staff. Restaurants and Cafe's and Bars in very close proximity and close to the lively Liedsplein square. Overall a very comfortable stay, friendly environment and close to all the action. Vondelpark is also worth a stroll, around a 2 minute walk fromt the hotel.

“Very good city centre hotel at reasonable price”

Had to ask to be moved twice before being given a room of a standard that I could accept. However, the desk attendant was polite - although did try to say that for a city centre hotel at the price I was paying I should have accepted the first two (rundown, dirty and smelly) rooms he offered. He picked the wrong person!! As always though, my compliments to Randy for being patient, polite and helpful - thank you Randy!!
