Great flat within walking distance of Central City centre. Surrounded by lots of great bars, eateries and boutique shops. Looked just like the photos on the website. I would go back again as it felt just like home as soon as we entered.
I had some problems with billing at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to correct the problem. They accommodated me in every way. The hotel itself is very comfortable and very quiet. It's just far enough away from the city center to provide a quiet place to sleep. The hotel also makes an effort to supply every necessary detail that makes a hotel stay very enjoyable.

"Furniture damaged and very shabby. Poorly cleaned."
Rooms smelled strongly of smoke, and furniture had cigarette burns despite accommodation being "strictly non smoking" . Chairs were badly damaged and bathroom and toilet very stark and minimal - No bathmats, floor coverings or fittings.
Rooms were in a very shabby condition and in need of redecoration and deep cleaning. We were not offered another room when we arrived to find it dirty and smelling of smoke. My credit card was later billed for the entire stay even though we had to find alternative accommodation due to the unacceptable condition of the apartment.
Very unhappy with these apartments. There seems to be very little feedback on these apartments which seems strange. Please note that the website pictures have obviously been taken a considerable time ago, and do not reflect the present poor condition of the property.
Would not recommend!
This apartment is in a lovely area, quiet and yet so close to lots of attractions. You experience a feeling of what it is like to live there as Jackies neighbors pass the time of day with you and you can shop in the local bakers etc.
There is a comprehensive file in the apartment with lots of information and the local residents and Jackie go out of their way to help you. A totally different experience from being a hotel guest and no time restrictions on anything, being able to come back and relax to renew your energy as you wish.

It's located right on the central canals within 5 minutes walking distance of groceries/liquor and shopping. It's 20 minutes or less from the museums, Dam Square, a park and the central bus/train station.
It's clean with a full mini-kitchen a comfortable bed and bathroom with tub and shower.
The owner was very helpful and greeted us with a bottle of wine.
The apartment is about 4 steps down from ground level but still has a view of the street.
I have nothing but kind words to describe how helpful and wonderful the staff at Rembrandtplein Hotel is! I enjoyed my my stay very much. The hotel is located near all the happening, yet once you turn on its street, which overlooks what I consider the most beautiful canal I saw, everything is quiet and peaceful. Lovely area too! The hotel is one metro stop away from Amsterdam's Central train station. It can be accessed by tram as well. It is close to all Amsterdam attractions and grocery stores as well. I really enjoyed staying near the Rembrandt Museum and the outdoor restaurant next to it by one of the canals late at night, but there was also another area I enjoyed with an Argentine restaurant and a Spanish tapas restaurant next to it. Opened late at night and very delicious. It was always nice to go back to the hotel and have a drink at their beautiful bar. Peaceful and relaxing. I really enjoyed my stay and I miss talking to all the friendly and helpful staff! I recommend staying in Rembrandplein Hotel.
We stayed in an apartment with a balcony, which not only expanded the living space, but offered a welcome respite overlooking quiet gardens. The kitchen was fully equipped and stocked well. Short walking distance to the major museums of the city, and a charming neighborhood of restaurants, cafés and shopping.
