"Unique hotel convenient for Central Station & City"
Very unique hotel - full of interesting artworks as well as offering friendly staff, outstanding service, and convenience of immediate proximity to Central Station just across the street (half hour train ride from Schiphol) and a convenient start point for access to all parts of Amsterdam Centrum and its canals network.
Booked as my usual Amsterdam hotel was full. Pleasantly surprised. Service levels very high, especially reception staff. The premium Internet WiFi is nice, fast and stable. Great breakfast. Only negative comment - not a place to eat in the evening. Will definitely return.
Hotel was separate from the main building, just a few metres along. Had your own key card so could come and go has you pleased. No asking for key at reception. Room was small but comfortable and clean. Surprisingly quiet area at night.
The hotel staff were very frendly and helpfull with any information that we needed for site seeing, the hotel was very clean /tidy and the breakfast just a nice start to te day.we have used this hotel before and would use it again in the future.
It's a shared bathroom hotel above a bar. As an easygoing 20 year old it was heaven on earth. It was within walking distance of everything you could possibly want to see if you like a mile or 2 walk. And it was within 5 minutes of the central station which was a surprising 20 minutes from the airport. The staff was incredibly friendly and the bar was really cozy: Though the stairs up to the room would almost constitute as a ladder. We showed an adorable 50 something couple how to get to the hotel that they were coincidentally staying at. And we almost pitied them in a way. But honestly it could be for anyone if they don't value hearing lengthy drunken conversations in the middle of the night or sharing a toilet. And for the price and convince it really shouldent matter. Cheers enjoy your stay
Hotel Internationaal is situated on one of the oldest streets in the heart of Amsterdam . It is a small, cosy hotel …More
First trip to Amsterdam, long weekend with my wife. On arriving at the airport easy obtained train ticket to Amsterdam Central and after a 15 min train journey arrived. Walked on to the street had a look around and noticed my hotel was just 5 minute walk. We arrived early and went to see if we could drop our case before heading in to the city. The gentleman was very helpful and he said he'll have our room ready by midday. Rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. The room could be bigger but at the end of the day it was just to get ready in and sleep in. Rooms could do with tea/coffee making facilities but thats it.
