Hi, First if all they informed me that we didn't receive the reservation from expedia i asked them to see the confirmation from expedia but they ignored, to push me to make the reservation from them directly after long discussion the employee stated i will give you with same price but i will pay the differences from my bucket!! We forget the mobile charger in the room and we backto take it. They informed my we didn't see it!! The room was with bad view. I think that you should review your contract with this unauthorized hotel. Thanks

I liked that the gym close to Arena Space Hotel. Also the area is at the Gardens. So plenty of restaurant and great spot to go to different areas in Jordan. I didn’t like that my room has no iron so I couldn’t iron clothes. Also bathroom inside room the bedroom is cold and no heat inside the bathroom.

The room was the same as I saw it in the picutre during booking. Clean, modern, and close to shopping and restaurants. Staff were nice and greating all the time you see them. Very nice hotel.

Great location, clean room, very nice staff. Pretty terrible internet connection in the room. Very limited gym access (guys can only go after 5pm).

A decent hotel which begs for better maintenance..
Food is not at all bad & room service is courteous & good. Bidet water flow is just a trickle...maintenance has to improve to clean & descale all taps!

Overall not a great experience
Hotel room ok. Had a bar, but beers very expensive (7 JD each). Breakfast very basic. Located just off a main road, with a small supermarket near by (didn't sell beers). Not much to do near hotel. When asked the reception staff how much it would cost to get a taxi in to the citadel in the centre, he tried to talk me into taking a car which would drive us around to see the Citadel and Anphiteatre for 20 JD's. When I insisted I just wanted a taxi he said it would cost about 5 JD's. We took one from outside the hotel for this amount, but later found out if we had walked to the main road and flagged one down the real cost on the meter would've been under 2 JD's.
