yes I would most definitely recommend. I stayed there from Thursday evening until Tuesday afternoon, and was very very impressed with all the service and surroundings. This hotel is close to everything, the restaurants were all walking distance.
I arrived early this saturday and the front desk young man gave me a room that was available, that really made my day, specially after a long flight from Mexico City. This is the second time I stay at this hotel and will book it from now on. Close to the city center and major hospitals, also close to the UACJ and the International Bridge to El Paso, TX. Great food and 24 hour restaurant service. Thank you.
Our trip to Juarez was for immigration purposes and the staff at this hotel made us feel like home!.. They were all nice and friendly and took really good care of us.. the hotel is privately owned and is about 56 years old, but the rooms are clean and very comfortable!.. plus the owners are awesome people who give all of their guests the personal attention they deserve. They offer free breakfast and transportation to any place you need to go!.. they drove us to the medical exams, biometrics, appointments and even to the mall and the supermarket all for free.. I am very pleased with my stay there. Some rooms are still in the process of upgrading but the customer service and the attention we received here is unique, we felt like family!!...They prices are very reasonable (we paid 28 dollars a night for 2 double beds during a special offer) you won't regret your stay!... 5 starts to this hotel!
It was a very nice room, the only two problems I had was,1.- the toilet cover was very used, where from to much scrubbing the paint has come off, 2.- The shower head was so rusted the it was green in color.
Other than that, my family and I really enjoyed our stay.
The breakfast buffet was amazing, and free, everyday they had something different, fresh fruit & omelets prepared to your taste, my 2 daughters enjoyed the pancakes. Scale 1 to 10, they got a 15.
My stay at this hotel was 8 days long, it was good. I felt comfortable with the security that was provided. Not really that close to everything, but had good help to get you where you needed to go. The staff is always willing to help and give you what you need. I would recommend to anyone. The beds are kind of hard, but some people like that.
