The location is good. It is in the less-busy south, but with quick access to town (10 minutes by golf cart), restaurants (including the excellent Baker next door) and grocery stores. The units are individually owned, so the décor may vary, but the one we ended up in on the beach (H-4) had good living space - two bedrooms / baths, kitchen and living area, all decorated in an attractive Caribbean style. The staff were excellent, (especially Kathy) helping us with any issue we had (upgrade to beach front, golf cart drop-off, etc). They had a good restaurant on the beach, Rico's, which was very convenient. We recommend the Villas highly.
This was my second stay at the Sunbreeze hotel. As with my first visit, things could not have been any better. Just a short walk across a small street from the airport and I mean short thirty steps type walk. The receptionist was friendly and explained everything very clearly. The room was great, large, clean and comfortable with a safe and a small refrigerator. The Hotel is walking distance to all three north-south going streets. Onsite Blue Water Grill serves great food and drinks Small pool but lots of lounges to sun when and if you want too. I will return.
You can't go wrong. Delis, Andrew helped with any excursion we wanted, they were great. The ruins, snorkeling, and fishing, it was all great, all of it. It's not a resort, it's a quiet little place, I mean quiet, which was really nice. Everything is within walking distance, didn't need a cart to drive, and the excursions pick you up at the dock. Loved it and will come back again.

If you want tranquil excellence, Secreto is your spot. The food was better here than anywhere in San Pedro, and so was the service - by far. I would recommend booking whatever you do through the front desk at Secreto. They are wired in correctly to the local excursions (snorkeling, etc.) and they will get it right for you. My wife loved the french toast for breakfast. I loved the ceviche, and pretty much the entire menu, and the dinner specials were awesome. They have a real chef who cooks to order & does it right & fresh & cares. You will not find better cooking and a staff that is more interested in making sure everything is right for you in Belize. We hit a couple of the better restaurants in San Pedro and they did not hold up to either the food or the staff at Secreto. My wife came back from the trip singing "You betta Belize in Love". That should give you a pretty good idea of how we liked the place. And the drinks at the bar? Forgedddaboudit! Order a Caipirinha or a Rum Runner from Monica (wins bar tending contests) or Freddis and you will thank me later. Monica floats the Rum Runners with Craboo liquor (only available locally) and she is just nice and as sweet as pie. Want anything (the dinner special, a Belikin) delivered to your villa at 9? No worries, just call the front desk. Snorkeling - I would recommend Mexico Rocks over Hol Chan. Mexico Rocks is not near a channel (no current), is very close to El Secreto, and has great marine life. Thanks Lewis! Great Captain.
We stayed in a one bedroom villa in October and it we couldn't have asked for anything more. The grounds are beyond explanation. Palm trees, sandy beach and crystal clear water. They have a great beach, the best we saw on the island during our stay. The staff was helpful and the room was always clean. The restaurant and bar were great. They had a ceviche class at the swim up bar one day and now we are making it at home! They have golf cart rentals right on site, the prices were fair and it was quick and easy to rent. They also have kayaks and snorkel gear that you can use for free and paddle out to the reef. I took both my daughters out and we tied up to a buoy and snorkeled right there in front of the resort. The location is great. It's just far enough out that there wasn't a lot of traffic but still a short golf cart ride or walk to other resorts, restaurants and bars. The pools were nice although the water was a bit cloudy. The resort had just re-opened after the time they shut down for maintenance during slow season so I'm sure it was just the timing.

The hotel was quaint. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Not on premises 24 hours though. Great location on beach just outside of Ramone's village easy walk to anywhere in town. Price was amazing and includes airfare when booked through Expedia. not your 5 star resort but location, staff and price definitely makes it worth it.
The hotel was far from everything and it was really inconvenient the fact that the lobby, restaurant and bar operates only from 7 am - 9 pm. It is not the best hotel if you are travelling with friends or if your plan is to get to know San Pedro well, have dinners and drinks after 9 pm or at San Pedro. The hotel manager should work at something else, his idea of doing his job well is literally "making money" and not serving well his customers. The pool was nice but there is no way of going into the ocean anywhere nearby. The food and rooms were really god.
The largest of several cayes (islands) off the northern coast of Belize, this narrow strip of paradise is beloved among sun-worshippers, snorkelers, and swimmers. In addition to boasting the Belize Barrier Reef, the island is home to mangrove forests, tropical savannahs, and lagoons.
