The property has rooms with balconies that overlook the entire town and give wonderful views of the ocean. The staff was courteous and did their jobs well. The restaurant has a great breakfast buffet, and the restaurant staff treated us very well.
However, the property is quite run down and old and there are several reasons we would not recommend this hotel.
In order to get to our room we had to take two elevators, with a flight of stairs and a long walk down a corridor between them; the flight of stairs consistently smelled like sewage. The elevators were also tiny, old and rickety.
There wasn't even a coffee machine in the room.
There was Wifi, but it was the worst WiFi I have ever experienced at a hotel in recent years. Speeds were low, and it would randomly not load even the simplest of websites. We got a better Internet experience by stepping out of the hotel and using our data roaming connections.
