Old-world charm in huge rooms with extra high ceilings (not all of them are like this, but ask and you will probably get it). Excellent breakfast. Take the tram around the corner to be in the city center in 5-10 min or just walk.
Great staff - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, highly efficient . Very nice modern room, comfortable bed, good bathroom, all immaculate & clean. The breakfast is one of the best we've found in an hotel. The location is good - in a side street so very quiet, close to the D tram route (frequent trams), a short walk from the city centre and close enough to the centre for a cab back to the hotel at a sensible price.
It's a terrific little hotel, with just the right amount of style and with a boutique feel to it.
This was an excellent stay, very warm and helpful reception.the hotel is near to all atractions and the under ground metro station is only two minutes walking. I recommend this hotel to every one who would like to enjoy Vienna with a very fair accomodation cost.
This hotel was charming, I loved it! There was a Mozart theme which could very easily have been contrived or tacky but it was beautiful, comfortable and had easy access to trams, trains and buses. The staff were very helpful and the choice of breakfast items was varied. Thoroughly recommended!
I arrived on a late flight, and after catching the airport bus to the centre of Vienna it was so easy to follow the directions to this hotel. Finding the key safe and entering the building was a smooth process, and my room was warmed in preparation for my arrival. Checking in and breakfast the next morning allowed me to meet the lovely staff whilst enjoying a solid breakfast. I also got the best chocolate when I checked out. I have no hesitation to book again if I come back to Vienna.
A friendly, personal hotel. Very Austrian in character, rather old fashioned, but quite charming. In excellent situation for selection of transport to arrive quickly into central Vienna.
Rooms vary, all spacious, but some rather dark.
Good breakfasts in pleasant breakfast room.
