Stayed 5 nights here in early March in a cosy double room as a couple with a group for skiing at Serre Chevalier.
The location of the hotel couldn't be better - across the street from cable car and near central village with shops, bars, restaurants and convenient parking. The village seemed rather quiet and caters mostly for families - might have something to do with visiting during the peak of French school holidays.
Hotel is planned well and never felt crowded despite being almost full. Pool and sauna is very nice after a day of skiing, just need to pay a little bit of attention to when other guests are visiting and adjust your own timing so that the area isn't overcrowded.
The breakfast is very very good and I didn't even manage to try all of the selection during 5 days. My only suggestion is to have drinking water available more easily during the breakfast instead of replenishing wasteful individual bottles of water - there was a large jug of water available at the lobby the rest of the time, so why not early morning. Afternoon snack every day with cakes and sweets was very pleasant, the only problem was that staff couldn't replenish it fast enough. We had dinner once and it was OK but not amazingly good and felt overpriced.
Rooms are small and could have used more hooks on walls for hanging wet clothing, but otherwise are perfectly adequate for a couple and very nicely furnished. Housekeeping good but could have done a better job vacuuming floors.
Bad wifi
