Really helpful staff, called us a cab and even called a second one when we managed to miss it.
hotel desk is open 24 hours so nice and easy when we arrived on a late flight
Good size room for the price. Brilliant location on the main square but never any problems getting to sleep.
Great location in the the square, and within 200 feet were at least six restaurants and dozens more within walking distance, food stands and activities. Easy to get to the train station and shopping center.
The staff were very attentive, spoke English and were truly interested in helping with anything. Many small amenities that we didn't expect, and all complimentary: fresh apples in the room, bottled water, robes, slippers, coffee ready to make and more. We would definitely stay again.
Krakow is certainly trying hard to be a tourist destination, and surprisingly economical compared to the rest of Europe.
"Close to town square but too many steps to the hos"
Staff were excellent. Beds were comfortable but too low down. Room was on top floor and too many stairs. Old building so no lift. Breakfast was continental style but was to a high standard. Only complaint. NO TOASTER. Prices in bar below on main square expensive but if you walked 1 street away drinks and food were a third of the price. Trips purchased through the hostel were of good value
This hotel was perfect for us in terms of location and wonderful staff that just made our stay. They help you book trips to Auschwitz and salt mines that were planned out so well they pick you up from the front of your door and always early to come get you for the tour. The girls went above and beyond for us a reception even to point helped organise a doctor to the hotel when I was sick, nothing was too much to help you. If your coming by flights perhaps see if you can organise a cab to pick you up from airport 80 Zolty for one trip was so handy and in Australian dollars very cheap for the distance. Can not recommend this hotel enough was ideal for everything we wanted to get out of our trip.

Krakow is wonderful do the salt mine and Jewish district if you can. Hotel was great, there is a night club across the road and there is bass thump but it's well soundproofed so only a problem for light sleepers.
Staff were very helpful as was everyone in Krakow.
