"Can't wait to return!"
I have travelled a lot. Based on my experience, I would give this hotel 3 stars as far as ambiance, and image; (the physical plant). Not meant to be a knock, but just not the sizzle & dazzle of marble, glass, brass & mirrors, (foliage inside the building), you see at some other venues.
However, HANDS DOWN!!!!! I would give this hotel 5 Stars as far as service!
(For my money, that makes up for all the smoke & mirrors
others have to offer, ...then in service treat you like they are doing you a favor).
Across the board, management is doing something right, because we did not experience one bad attitude! Not one!!! Actually, we experienced nothing but positive service, smiles, helpful information, humor, and again....just a willing and helpful attitude, across the board! (Doorman, Bellman, Guest Services, Front Desk, Restaurant, Health Club, Convenience Store, Housekeeping, everyone)! All employees we encountered were nothing but "Service with a Smile"!
Honestly, I was amazed! Beginning with the Doorman, to the Receptionist, until we left, service was professional and extremely courteous! Guest Services was EXCELLENT! JAMES at the door for breakfast is the ABSOLUTE BEST at professionalism and excellence!!! All the departments we encountered were very courteous and helpful, across the board! Not only have I/ and will I recommend this hotel to family & friends, ...but I can't wait to get back!
