This is a great hotel close to airport, but the noise level within the building from aircraft taking off and landing was very good. The air conditioning in our room was louder so we slept with window open and the aircondition off, breakfast good.

We caught a water taxi straight to the hotel from the airport. Much quicker than a taxi cab as the roads are congested. There is a complimentary bus service to the centre of Boston.
The hotel is very comfortable and we would definitely stay there again.
Even though it was pouring rain for our stay, the staff couldn't have been more warm or welcoming. Our room was very clean, overlooking the harbor and fitted with all a traveler needs (including umbrellas!!). Great experience.
Situated in a pleasant area, on Long Wharf with the restaurants of Little Italy and Quincy Market area a 5 minute walk. The Back Bay is a pleasant 20 minute walk via the Financial District and Boston Commons (or a short subway ride). There is a large, airy central lobby with comfortable sofas, computers, free wi-fi, Starbucks and a bar/restaurant off. This was a pleasant area to sit and it was even seemed acceptable to order your own take away food and eat in this area which was a surprise as the hotel restaurant was open (and was pretty decent). The staff were very accommodating, even cooking my own porridge for me at and letting me eat it in the main restaurant. I stayed here for the marathon and complementary snack bars, juices and fruit were provided as we set off on race day - a nice touch. Cookies on our return!
