“great hotel”

Went for a short break to Benidorm, and couldnt have picked a better hotel. Great location, pool area is the best ive ever seen, and the buffet breakfast is second to none.

this is a very friendly hotel with good staff. breakfast menu was excellent with a varied choices for all tastes. it is situated within easy location to many bars with entertainment and also the beach

Benidorm is okay during winter months if you are over 60 Not for younger couples as all of the big attractins are closed Saying that go to the OLD TOWN to eat especailly Pentails Restaurant :superb Hotel was amazing this is the hotel used to film"Benidorm" and is lush. Pool area is beautiful and the hhotel itself is quite beautiful A lot of thought given to the buffett breakfast as it catered for all tastes Superb quality of food.

Fabulous hotel, friendly staff, amazing pool, everything was great from start to finish, will definately use again in the future and won't hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

had to complain about noisey guests, a couple of time's in the early hour's of the morning. but this was dealt with quickly and courtuesly by staff.

Good location not far from the beach, plenty of bars in the surrounding area 11 euros per night to park the car, bit expensive rooms clean however thin walls can hear conversations in the next room fantastic pool area food was good plenty of choice

Great hotel, clean and frienly, food good, staff very helpfull. Close to loads of bars Didn't rate the evening entertainment but maybe just a one off. The pool is by far its best feature. Will definately be going again and have already recommended it to friends.

We had a fantastic welcome and service at this hotel. All inclusive food and drink was great. We encountered a problem at the hotel where we had to be transfered to another hotel but this handled efficiently and professionally and was extremely satisfied with the alternative choice. Would def recommend booking

as a fan of the tv programme Benidorm, the reason i booked this hotel was the swim up bar,ive never been to a hotel with one,so i felt i was treating myself.in my naivety,imagine my surprise that i learnt that ANYONE can use ANY hotel pool! ok fair enough i thought but then try and get a decent sunbed! unless you re up at 7am, you aint gettin one,and most of these dont even stay there! i had to go to the beach most days which turned out good because i always went in front of the "tiki bar" on the seafront at levante beach.great music played all day, superb live bands that come on in the afternoons and the place is always packed and buzzing which spills out onto the beach in front,a great place to relax if you cant get a sunbed! lol. also, there was no correspondence whatsoever about any filming that may go on. unfortunately i stayed here whilst filming so the swim up bar that id dreamed of using was closed off anyway! ok, the thrill of seeing the actors at a distance was a novelty for about an hour, but i did feel sad over this.no correspondence,no discounts etc. we did "mention" this to a very beautiful manager! (cant remember her name!), although she was very professional in her dealing of the situation, i felt the hotel didnt really care about this. i understand the need to fill up the pool area for the bars etc and i expect the tv company to have paid them enough to "put up with a few complaints!" next time (nov 2011), i ll just stay at a cheaper hotel and use the pool!
