Bit of a mix up

Posted 24-Jul-2015
Pros: Staff hardworking and friendly
Cons: Yes looked like homeless people hanging around outside of th hotxel
Location: Lots of bars etc
When we arrived at the hotel which I had booked as a party of five three in one room and two in the other room , the room with three in had been booked as a silver package which meant lots of extra things , our room with two in was only a standard room so therefore we had to pay fifty euros each to upgrade . Bit disappointed if this would have been pointed out to me when I booked I would have booked all the same instead of us hastle at check in as I asked to see the manager to try and get this sorted bit disappointed really plus the fact one of the party had her purse stolen with nearly two hundred euros in. We were celebrating a 40th birthday but all in all the holiday was ruined by circumstances beyond our control.

Ikke egnet til hyggelig kæresteferie..

Posted 22-Jul-2015

Back for our 7th time, fab food, all staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely clean rooms, lots of tables and chairs outside for sunbathing and excellent outside diner.

brilliant hotel

Posted 20-Jun-2015
Cons: i did sugest a way of stopping people putting towles on sunbeds to "book" them would be the only improvement i could think of it was never two bad
only about 200 yards from beach one way and 250 yards from main noisey strip where the main nightlife is (though you cannot hear it from hotel) and a ten min stroll from the old town

staff have attitude and no alcohol in drinks

Posted 09-Jun-2015
Bar staff give you non alcoholic drinks when you ask for alcoholic drinks eg sangria without no cava even though you request it. Hotel room doesn't get cleaned properly. sexist hotel that allows women to wear shorts into the restaurant but not men and when you complain you don't even get an apology from management. Would never ever go back to this hotel again. Avoid unless you want your holiday ruined! Also workmen outside front of hotel making a noise

Pros: staff, room, pool and sun deck also that it was close to beach and shops
Cons: menu in the dining room.
Location: close to beach, market 10 mins walk from hotel lots of shops and pubs close by.
just spent 2 weeks at the sandos monoco hotel had a great time.hotel is very nice and clean room was nice and big. great pool and sun deck.close to the beach and shops. only downside was the food. kept repeating the same meals. also too many large groups of men staying at the hotel. dress code was ignored in dining room and too many men from these groups were drunk.

This is a fabulous hotel and so clean. The staff are really nice and are happy to help. The food is amazing - my friend is a really fussy eater and she also thought the food was gorgeous. We are going to book again for next year.
