Good value 3 star
I liked the hotel. It was very clean,great mattress,nice bathroom. Food was ok. My one complaint is that I asked for a pool view. I understand that the hotel was full and it wasn't possible. However I was given the room with what must have been the worst view in the hotel..a blank with virtually no sky showing.

This is quite a basic Hotel but it is very clean with good facilities such as the swimming pool, which was well maintained. There was a very good selection for breakfast. It is in a great location for the old town with the beach, bars and dining within easy walking distance. The air conditioning was a bit dated and therefore not as efficient as more modern systems. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It is a super noisy hotel with kids all over the hallways and poll area. If you get a lower floor room you will suffer from noise (the hotel has its own theater/night club downstairs that blast music until midnight - I felt my floor and walls vibrate). On the positive side it is not too far from the beach. I got the full package meal but I would not recommend it as it all seems like a cheap cruise type buffet experience

Acceptable short stay in excellent location
The Hotel was as expected. Centrally located, easy access to beach, shops and restaurants. Clean and adequate for our two night stay.

great for old town
hotel is opposite the more known cristal park hotel 2 minutes walk from the old town, its surrounded by small streets where the locals live so lively but not really touristy but 2 minutes and you are in the old town with the 2 main beaches either side. infant school next door so youll sunbathe to the sounds of happy kids in term time ! hotel is very clean decent size rooms,nice balcony, pool area is good,food nice and varied. probably 75% spanish holiday makers when we stayed in may but no issues with that apart from the entertainment was tilted towards them. probably more for older couples and families. no parking at hotel at all, so its a car park or a hunt for a "white" zone parking space we liked it and would certainly go back

Camas incómodas, WiFi no hay
Las camas son incómodas no puedes descansar porque si te mueves en la cama hace ruido todo, el poner 2 camas individuales es incómodo porque solo se aprovecha 1 si eres 1 persona ya que la división de las 2 camas hace que se mueva todo. El WiFi es malísimo no me sirvió de nada estuve en una 3a planta y no llegaba la señal. La nevera que tienen es de adorno ya que no enfría nada, faltan ascensores en el hotel solo hay 1 y es lento, pequeño y pasa saturado, el precio es demasiado elevado para el pésimo hotel que es. No recomendaría este hotel y no volvería la verdad.

La habitación y la comida bastante bien. El personal amable. La piscina demasiado pequeña para la cantidad de gente que hay.

Razoável.
Bom dia. Houve um engano, com a nossa reserva, deram-nos um quarto para as traseiras do hotel, só viamos parede, fui reclamar, que tinha feito quase 1000Km, e meteram-nos a ver paredes , no 3o piso, o sr da recepção disse que tinha qe pagar mais para ter vista piscina, um pouco melhor, paguei 60€ pelos 2quartos, mas no outro dia fui ver a reserva, e eu tinha pago ,com vista piscina. Devolveram o dinheiro . Mas podia ter evitado tudo isto. Mas o hotel é muito barulhento, deixam os ingleses fazer tudo, barulho à noite, batem nas portas perdidos de bebados, vomitam os carredores, etc. O pessoal, é super simpático, com excessao duma senhora da recepção, que de simpatia nao tem nada. Os senhores sao simpatiquissimos. De resto foi bom

Buen sitio para empezar el año
Al llegar la habitación estaba montada para dos y éramos tres pero enseguida me lo solucionaron, lo que no me gustó nada es que sean las puertas de los baños transparentes con lo cual no hay intimidad y tampoco había escobilla en el váter lo cual me parece un poco guarrería.

Habitación normal , limpieza correcta, la atención del personal muy buena . Le pondría como pega el no disponer de aparcamiento , la zona para aparcar es fatal , hay que recurrir a parking privado externo y es carísimo!!!!!
