we had a lovely stay as we have before, clean ,helpful. the only issue we had was ,swim wear being worn in the dinning room . I did not want to see a near naked women, while eating my food This is not acceptable in a hotel

I couldn't fault this hotel, beautiful hotel room,pool amazing, and entertainment staff were fantastic at the pool every day. Hotel is spotless, staff cleaning constantly. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The hotel to be at in Benidorm
Fantastic service, very attentive staff, food excellent. located near all the shopping and bars at Levante beach.

great hotel but shower was dangerous. while using shower it was prone to go cold and then absolutely dangerously scolding. jumping in and out of shower is not best way to prepare for dinner :-(

Vista spettacolare!
Posizione perfetta vicino al mare. Mangiare abbondante e vasta scelta. A 2 passi dalla fermata del bus. Prezzo camera con mezza pensione super vantaggioso!

all inclusice or not reallt
so we were so disappointed since the hotel looked amazing we were bommed to fin out that all inclusive dit not include everything for example did you have to pay extra for a slushie. there were almost no vegetarian options that werent cheese or vegetables. it was no coffe or tea in the dining room so for lunch/dinner ypu hade desserts but no coffe. the bar could not make non-alcoholic drinks. The spa was extra 10 euros per person. most of the people working at the hotel were rude. we were very dissipointed esepcially since we got a servey we could fill out for them to improve our stay and nothing happend.

UNOS DIAS MUY AGRADABLES
La estancia en general ha sido muy buena. El personal muy agradable, destacando a Julio Moreno, Vero Garcia y Carlos Cedan. Los horarios de desayuno,comida y cena muy bien.No había masificación y siempre hay sitio. Los postres elaborados por pastelero propio, buenísimos. La habitación bien, con buena limpieza, colchón cómodo. Se rompió el tendedero que hay en la terracita y lo dijimos en recepción al salir a dar una vuelta. A nuestro regreso ya lo habían cambiado por uno uno.Un 10 para el chico de recepción que nos atendió(no pude ver su nombre), con gafas y para la persona de Mantenimiento. La piscina genial, con hamacas para todo el mundo y sin problemas(no se hacen reservas de hamacas). Ahora alguna pega ,pero nada que empañe la excelente sensación general que nos llevamos. La mampara de la ducha no retenía bien el agua y había que poner toallas para que no se fuera para afuera. Conocimos a clientes asiduos que nos dijeron que la calidad de la comida había bajado bastante, a pesar de ello, siempre había algo que te gustaba y podías comer. Por contra, el precio dijeron que no había subido respecto al año anterior. La animación, a pesar del esfuerzo de las animadoras, floja, pero más debido a la falta de participación de la gente, en su mayoría extranjeros. El sinsentido que en un Todo Incluido, te hagan pagar un simple granizado(al 50% de su precio).A pesar de ello, merece la pena, en mi opinión, este régimen.

Hôtel génial avec vue top.
Magnifique hôtel. La chambre et sa vue sont super, l'espace piscine est très agréable. Les buffets sont pantagruéliques. Rien à dire pa rapport au prix

Bonne hôtel cependant le système d’ascenseur et juste horrible fonctionne à carte et celui ci vous désert un ascenseur attitré cependant quand vous êtes 15 à attendre et qu’il désert le même ascenseur au 15 personnes l’attente et très très longue obligée de monter 12 étage à pied étant enceinte , concernant le petit déjeuné celui ci est bien garni par contre le jus d’orange c’est un mélange de poudre et d’eau donc autant dire que ce n’est pas un jus d’orange

Uselt, uselt, uselt - sa jag uselt? - bemötande när vi kom fram kl 02 direkt från flygplatsen. Den otroligt otrevlige och arrogante receptionisten sa utan att ens kolla att vår bokning var ”cancelled”. Först när vi hade ringt till Hotels.com och ni ringde honom för andra gången (första gången lade han på!) så hittade han helt plötsligt bokningen (han hare för övrigt inte ens kollat efter den tidigare). Så efter en dryg timme kunde vi äntligen på vårt rum som var ok.

Poca flexibilidad
El hotel está muy bien y la ubicación ideal, pero deben de cambiar la política ya que es el primer hotel que nos obliga teniendo media pensión a realizar la cena como primera comida ya que en todos los hoteles te dan a elegir cena o comida y en este no, por lo demás todo perfecto
