“Hotel Villaitana”

My wife and I were most disapointed with the Hotel. Access to Hotel room was made very difficult. Our Bathroom handrail was unsafe and had to be refixed. The door to the balcony did not lock. Telphone did not work. The food in the restaurant was cold and poor choice and service at breakfast hot plate was slow. Half way thorough the week many door ways were blocked off ,we had a long walk outside to the main building from our room.

“Lovely hotel”

Very large hotel but excellent standard. Lots of families with very well behaved children. Excellent pools. Only criticism was lack of staff in bar and around pool but was early in season.

“Magnifico hotel en Benidorm, al lado de Terra Mítica”

Es un fantastico hotel en Benidorm con campo de golf, está justo al lado de Terra Mítica. Esta diseñado como si fuera un pueblo con calles y casas, y consta de 2 hoteles, uno de 4* y otro de 5*. Tiene unas piscinas gigantes, una incluso con playa de arena artificial, spa, y numerosos restaurantes en su interior. El personal del hotel es muy atento. Tuvimos un problema con la habitacion, ya que reservamos una habitación de lujo con desayuno incluido en el hotel de 4*, al llegar a la habitación descubrimos que la que nos habian asignado era la más baja de categoria, incluso inferior a una standard, despues de quejarnos nos reubicaron muy amablemente a otra superior, (ojo con las habitaciones de la planta 4ª, son las peores, y estan en el ultimo rincon del hotel).

Area recommendations

Recomendaria alojarse lo más alejado posible de Benidorm ciudad. Los sitios están muy masificados y la restauración o está completamente vacia o está abarrotada.

En 4 étoiles, belles chambres mais très bruyant. En 5 étoiles, rien à dire, très belles chambres, tout est compris, c'est super. Pas de bruit, pas d'odeur de cigarette.
