“Dilapidated, worn-out dump, with nice people working there...”
Goods: Great staff, especially the bar-tenders. Good breakfast buffet. Bads: The general condition of the hotel. They need to upgrade the elevators. This place has a LOT of floors, and the elevators serving them are old-fashioned with no UP or DOWN buttons. So, when you want to go UP, you meet folks going DOWN. Small elevators, too, don't hold many people, and they go SLOW. The bathroom door in my hotel had dry-rot going from the floor upwards about a foot. Rooms are very hot, and the air conditioners don't keep up. The location is well away from the beach which wouldn't be bad, but there's a giant high-rise to the south that blocks the sunlight from the pool most of the day.
“Not a four star”
Only paying a reasonable price for the hotel, I didnt feel the need to complain, but would wonder why this hotel was a 4*. Our room was clean and basic - pillows and bed not very comfortable. The hotel was clean throughout, so no complaints. After booking in we went to for our buffet dinner, and was very very dissapointed...all the heated food was warm, and had to put my food to one side, and try again with chips and some chicken pieces, once again, they were hard and non edible. The only saving grace was the puddings.... We were at breakfast by 9.20am and was happy with what we had...although it seemed bang on 10am, the staff were out in force shutting everything down, and throwing away most of the cooked eggs, beans, tomatoes etc... I found this quite rude and didnt find this relaxing at all... almost putting you on edge to eat and get out....once more for a four star this is not expected. As I said earlier I did not moan, as we had this hotel at a reasonable cost, and we were there for a night out in Town..so it done the job well. Would I stay there again - No not at all. This week I am staying at another hotel in Town, this one was voted the best 3 star hotel in the world....so Will give my honest opinion next week.
“Hôtel Princesa à Benidorm : à 5 minutes des commerces et de la plage”
Hôtel très bien situé ( côté vieux Benidorm). Personnel agréable et serviable. Hôtel calme ( touristes respecteux dans l'ensemble). Diversité des animations ( cours de danse, d'espagnol, spectacles ...).
“Aardig hotel maar geen topper”
Goed ontvangst bij receptie, snel ingechecked. Ontbijt standaard, genoeg variatie, Harde bedden, airco matig op de kamer. elke avond entertainment, goed en schoon zwembad, goed toezicht bij zwembad. jammer dat sportzaal en binnenzwembad betaald is (wisten wij) Geen herrie van de straatkant. Goede ligging nl. tussen Oud Benidorm en engelse wijk.
“assez bon rapport qualité /prix”
style un peu vieillot dans une station balénaire ultra-bétonnée et envahie d'anglais en short au teint bien rouge... mais un bon rapport qualité prix et même du wifi gratuit
