We've stayed at this hotel twice now, and chose it mainly because of it's location and the private parking.
The first time we stayed here, it was ok. The hotel itself is a little tired looking, but the staff were friendly. Aside from the bed being creaky and having a very small bathroom, we found the hotel to be quite pleasant and were impressed at how clean everything was. It was a little noisy on Friday night but nothing too bad.
Two weeks later we returned though, and this was a very different experience ...
The room had only one working plug socket, which we could only use if we unplugged the main light in the room. The heating was turned on with no way to turn it off, which went well with the 22 degree weather outside. Then there was the noise ...
Our immediate neighbour on one side seemed to do nothing else except stay in his room all day to talk and laugh loudly. I assume he was on the phone and not simply going mad from the lack of sleep, but you never know. On the other side we had a delightful African couple who were either constantly fighting (it sounded physical on at least one occasion) or dealing with their screaming baby. Doors were slammed at all hours of the night as well (baby next door loved that).
To top it off, without warning the water was shut off randomly one evening whilst my girlfriend was in the shower. No warning .. apparently it was for repairs .. at 8 in the evening.
We will stay somewhere else next time I think!
