Perfect for a relax or a mad one
Great location whether you want a quiet trip or a mad one. Everything is walkable. Food in the hotel is ok for what you pay. There were limited / no vegetarian options some nights but then a lot others. Rooms large and comfortable. Smelt a bit of smoke but was ok when the balcony was opened. Would stay again.

Stayed in the flash before but felt this year it’s gone down the nick. Toiletries not replenished room not the cleanest and door left open by housekeeping also on last day she left her master key in our room. That’s so bad. Had breakfast on 1st day didn’t bother going back. Won’t stay again unfortunately.

Picked this hotel as it was central. Room really nice, Food is edible, but pretty much same choices. Reception staff very helpful & friendly. Staff (female) in the flash bar on the front, abrupt & quite rude. I feel the the sun loungers could be updated, very uncomfortable. The VIP loungers were a bit pricey at €30 a day to hire . Hotel entertainer is a credit to the hotel, friendly & helpful. Overall this hotel was a satisfactory stay, just a few minor things let it down.

Great hotel with amazing staff!
Our stay was amazing, lovely modern hotel with great pool area! Staff are so so friendly and make your stay even better ☺️ entertainment is on everyday which is great fun and evenings spent in the flash bar are fab. The rooms were great size and nice and clean. I’d say the breakfast food was perfect, lunch and dinner was okay always something there for everyone but only area I’d say could be improved. Would definitely recommend anyone stay here, perfect location and overall great hotel! Will be back next time in benidorm

Nice Hotel very friendly staff at reception Good location if you want to be in the middle of the action. Not so good if you want a nice peaceful walk from the hotel. ( On the plus side I was looking over the Main Street and windows kept it quiet) Only complaint would be I paid for partial sea view but had no view I did not make a fuss as I was only there one night

Stay here often , friendly staff and nice and clean. Did notice this time that furniture in the rooms are looking old and worn! The bath towels were awful. Thin and not absorbent. Did not feel dry after using them.

Air conditioning only in use during summer months regardless of temperatures. Told it would be fixed before finding this out when requested for the second time as initially told a technician would attend to fix it. Food was terrible.

Being located right at the start of The Strip was a huge draw for me, brilliant for starting my night out. The hotel was clean, modern and adults only! The restaurant was clean and the food was tasty. Didn't go in the pool (December) but the outdoor area looked clean and spacious.

when we arrived the receptionist told us that our holiday was not paid for i and when she realized we had , she never apoligised., then one day we asked the same receptionist if there was a weighing scales we could us to weigh our cases ,she told us it was broken, but another traveller told us that they had just used it and it was fine , so when the next receptionist came on , we asked him if we could use it , he gave us the key to the luggage room and it was grand.

Beautiful modern hotel, lovely pool area, and spotlessly clean, very central location . Staff very friendly and pleasant, check in and out very swift. Only downside was the cramped dinning room and not many choices of food at mealtime. However would definitely stay again x

Hotel in itself was nice with some friendly staff. One or two members of dining room staff could do with some customer service training. Worst thing about Htel is very poor quality food with extremely limited gluten free food or signage

I would give the hotel a 5 star everything about the hotel i enjoyed apart from there was blood on sheet and pillow case of one rooms i booked .this was not noticed until going to bed after late night out.as bed were two double my son stripped bed left bloody sheet pillo case bathroom floor..slept on other one.reported next day to reception .this was not rectified on day of reporting .a d nxt day couldnt believe the maid.made bed up with no sheet. And never lifted bloody ones from bathroom floor So reported again maid came up not happy saying that bed only changed every 4 or 5 days it was explained that blood was on sheet on arrival and d eventually got fresh ones.so obviously maid not dòing jobs properly .as i said everythung a out the hotel was excellent apart from thus

The hotel is in great location and the food was nice what we had , we only ate in there 3 times 2 breakfast 1 dinner even tho we were half board as we like to eat out . Pool and bar area were nice and clean as was lobby bar and reasonable prices . Fresh towels daily . Negative - there was a half can of beer , half bottle of milk and water left in the fridge from previous guests . Bathroom door handle was faulty reported it first morning it got repaired Tuesday night at 7pm which we were getting ready to go out should of been done in the day . Under the bed could of been cleaned a lot better noticed as dropped something under weren’t on my hands and knees finding faults with room .
