Super accommodation in Benidorm old tlwn 1 minute from the beach, full of nice pavement bars and restaurants. And if you want to go to the strip area which was brilliant fun a short 18 minute walk

My third stay here. As expected, rooms were cleaned every day by the housekeeper to a very good standard. Great location, right next to the beach and tapas bars / restaurants. Breakfast at the RH Hotel was good too. Only downside to the stay is it is a very busy location, with a fair amount of disturbance from early morning deliveries serving the bars, etc.

Beach view and closeness to the beach is excellent. Stairwell smells terrible as it has the smells from the restaurant below and the cleaning products they use smell bad. We were 4 flights up which is fine for us but difficult in the heat. Couldn't hear the noise from outside when patio doors are closed. No noise/problems with any other guests. Room was clean. Staff at check-in were pleasant. Close to everything.

A hidden jewel
I love it! Jayro in reception was excellent, I reserved a room for 2 adults only by accident and he upgrade us to a 3 beds to fit my minor! That was awesome! Very close to the all the good spots!! Highly recommended w an affordable price ;)

Great Stay
Check in was very efficient. We booked through Hotels.com and had made our booking as pay at the hotel. We had been fed up over the last 18 months of sometimes having to wait ages on refunds for cancelled trips. We tried in Broken Spanish the first few days to get the hotel to take the payment. Then realised that they wanted paying at the end of the trip. The hotel provided an in room safe at €10 per week with a €10 deposit which is returned on the return of the key. The reception Staff were accommodating and friendly with all and any enquiries during our stay. Over all we had a fantastic 2 weeks as guests of Estudios RH Sol and would certainly use them again for any return visit to the Old Town of Benidorm. Located less that 100 meters from Tapas Alley, and some of the most popular Bars in the Old town, 50 meters from Gin and Tonic Street and 100 meters from Walking Street, the location is almost impossible to beat. The staff were a credit to the RH Hotels group a company whose Hotels we had not stayed in before, I believe we mall make a point of look at other hotels in the group as well. Now we have had such a good experience. Be aware these old Buildings in the Old Town sometimes don’t always have lifts and you will find a very welcoming home from home and base for your holiday

First and foremost I didn’t get what I paid for, I booked a studio apartment for 3 adults with a sea view and a balcony, when we arrived they gave us a tiny room with a window looking at the sea.NOT SUITABLE FOR 3 ADULTS. This is not what I paid for and not what the photos showed me online. I didn’t expect to go on holiday and sit and look out off a window, and this did spoil are holiday as we expected to be able sit outside on a balcony. I feel I was missed sold what I was paying for.

They did not have your booking of us. I had to send them your email when I was at reception . Finally sorted. This should never happen very tense for a while. They handled it well. YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. YOU DIDNT MENTION NO LIFT, RECEPTION AND FREE BREAKFAST AT ANOTHER HOTEL. BAD OF YOU.

The property was ideally situated for us and was good value for money but the steps were hard to negotiate particularly when carrying luggage.

Clean basic very central
A friend and I had a four night stay. It was basic and wouldn't suit anyone elderly as we had 3 flights of stairs to climb every night. The apartment was small but was clean and ok for our needs. Maids called everyday. Very central. So for the price. Couldn't go wrong.

A very good choice
Staff are always friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel and apartments are in a fantastic location. Balcony with sea view was fantastic. This is always my hotel / apartment of choice over all others.

Great accommodation and great value for money.
We stayed full board for 4 days. Food was amazing and the hotel were great with letting us check out late as we had a late flight home. Amazing service and friendly staff.

Good stay
The staff at the sister hotel where you have breakfast were excellent. I asked for gluten free bread and they were so accommodating. The location is a bit noisy did not get much sleep as celebrations went on until 3 or 4 in the morning on at least 2 of the 4 nights we were there.

Nice hotel, extremely close to everything
A very pleasant experience, the staff was helpful at all the times. We were received with a bottle of Cava, a room with sea view, all clean and perfect. The breakfast in the hotel sol is 2 minutes walking from the estudio, so is the beach and all the bars and restaurants in old town. There's an ATM across the street, and supermarket at 5 minutes walk.

Fabulous location
Very basic studio but clean and good price. The best thing is the location just on the edge of the old town and tapas alley, also a 2 minute stroll down to the promenade. After reading previous reviews we took our own saucepan to boil water for tea, good job too as one was not provided. Breakfast at the sister hotel a few minutes away was fine if a bit chaotic. I would stay again.

Great Staff but poor accomodation - won't go back
Really friendly staff & great location; apart fro this, nothing else positive to say about the apartment. Cons: * The apartments are difficult to find. Had to go to the Hotel in order to collect the Keys. * Had to walk up 4 flights of stairs as the building where the apartment is doesn't have a lift. * When entering the building, you are confronted with the back door of a Restaurant's kitchen which means the smell travels around the building. * Room was way too small, I expected more for my money. The staff were really friendly and the food was traditional and healthy. I wouldn't stay in the hotel again.

Great location by the beach. Attention to furnishings would make this flat 100%. E.g: a kitchenette with hob and microwave but nothing to prepare good with, no kettle or pan to boil water etc

Simple but great location
Very Spanish (great) . Literally 30 seconds from beach, ten minutes from bars and three from shops. Only downside - no lift and we were on third floor, however we had fabulous view. Also, can't drive up to it so had to drag bags quite a way but it was worth it. Jayro (receptionist) LOVELY.

hotel in a pedestrian area,3 minutes on foot to the beach,bars and cafes.we were the only english in the hotel,everybody else was spaniards.the breakfast was basic,cheeseand ham,fruit,tea,coffee.it can be a little noisy in the small hours.take some ear plugs!

La habitacion y trabajadores del hotel exelente, en el restaurante muy amables y tienen mucha confianza contigo, pero la habitacion nada insonorizada, muchisimo ruido alrededor em horas de la noche no pudimos descansar, por todo lo demas un 10, podria mejorar colocando ventanas insonorizadas...

Fantastiskt läge men svårt att hitta. Mycket liv på gatan/torget hela natten. Ingen hiss (lite jobbigt när man skall släpa packning tre trappor upp). Ingen parkering vid boendet men RH har flera hotell med parkering så det löste sig bra. Bra frukost med mycket att välja på, intas på RH Sol men ligger nära.

Veldig flott hotell med en god beliggenhet ved gamlebyen, mange gode restauranter og kun 100m til stranden. Når det gjelder servicen fra personalet, har jeg aldri opplevd en så god service før. Uansett hva utfordringen var, ble vi møtt med et smil og de løste problemet innen kort tid. Takk for et hyggelig opphold. Håper vi sees snart igjen.
