Ein schöner Aufenthalt mit super Frühstück. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten verbessert werden, ansonsten alles gut!

Excellent hotel

Posted 28-Jun-2015
Very good hotel. Our room was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the pools and hotel grounds were spotlessly clean. Would also recommend Emo restaurant which, although expensive, was absolutely first class, Michelin standard dining. Slight negatives being the lack of sun loungers, not helped by people "reserving" loungers from early morning. Also the bus into Vilamoura was frequently full, causing people to have to wait 30 mins for the next bus. But these were the only downsides in an otherwise excellent stay.

Stunning hotel.

Posted 24-Jun-2015
My husband and I stayed for a weekend (3 nights) celebrating our anniversary. We let the hotel know beforehand and they left a bottle of fizz and fruits on our first night. Spa is great we went in around 2pm everyday and pretty much had it to ourselves, everything was working and extremely clean. Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable and with the added bed lounger on the balcony it was great to chill. Breakfast was plentiful and was all good quality. Pool areas are stunning. The padded loungers are amazing (best we've come across) the pool attendants are brilliant and appear from no where to put up your parasol help move your lounger/bed and bring your drinks and food order. Slightly isolated but we wanted a chill and it was perfect for that. Taxi around €8 to marina. We'll be back!

Lovely hotel in Portugal

Posted 22-Jun-2015
Pros: The views over the golf course were stunning and room very comfortable.
Cons: The shuttle bus should hold more people and make sure everyone on board shows their room key before boarding.
Location: The location was a little too far out to be able to walk to the Marina. Perfect for golfers as plenty of courses.
We had 11 days at this hotel and all was good. The staff were helpful and very friendly. The room overlooking the pool was lovely and the bed extremely comfortable. Good, spacious room with a balcony. Breakfast was plentiful and a good choice of fare on offer. The only downside for us was the location. The shuttle bus provided in the evening by the hotel to get to the Marina was very popular and you had to queue for 25 minutes before it arrived to ensure you had a seat on the bus! Overall, it was a good, relaxing holiday.

Very pleasant hotel

Posted 10-Jun-2015
Pros: Large open communal spaces.
Cons: Daily cleaning of bathroom areas in rooms - a little more attention required.
Location: 3 golf courses very nearby and others within 10k. Short drive to Vilamoura/Quateria where there are numerous restaurants and bars.
This hotel is very convenient for golfers and has lovely pool areas for non-golfers. Breakfast is excellent and the staff are very attentive. Rooms could have been a little better cleaned each day. Reception staff always responded to needs very quickly. Pool staff/bar staff similarly attentive. Overall, the management of staff is excellent and the code of conduct well addressed.

Fabulous hotel and staff

We have been to Vilamoura many times but this was our first stay in Tivoli Victoria. It's a beautiful modern hotel with a beautiful pool area. The staff couldn't have done enough. Breakfasts and bar food were excellent. Will definitely be back

Nice 5* Hotel

Posted 03-Jun-2015
Was pleasantly surprised as to the standard and quality of the hotel, as it as not overly expensive to stay at compated to some others we have stayed at. Excellent buffet breakfast was included. Lunch and Dinner can be a little expensive, although the wine package is good value if you are both drinking and they don't charge for under 10's. Evening buffet was not great but ok for a fee nights. High quality and plenty of sun loungers round the pool. Pool is s bit chilly so not for 'toe dippers', but my daughter and I were ok, but too cold for my wife. Overall great value for money and high quality and we would return.

Fantastic short break!

Posted 01-Jun-2015
We had an amazing time at Tivoli Victoria. We chose the hotel for its relaxing location, and we weren't disappointed! The adults only pool was tranquil, and our room over looking the pool was perfect. The staff, facilities, food and ambience were all second to none, but free wifi thoughout the whole hotel wouldn't have gone amiss!! Having to sit in the luxurious reception area wasn't the end of the world, but it was restrictive when wanting to message family and friends. Thank you Tivoli. We hope to be back!
