“good value for money”
The room was fairly recently renovated so it was in a good condition. The kitchen is not cleaned during your stay - that's a minus. There's some noise from a karaoke bar down stairs every second night until midnight. Considering the price, it was really worth it.
“OK”
Hotel was OK a little far out, but OK. Staff don't really make a lot of effort to go out of their for you. We had the misfortune to have 25 lads on a stag weekend who's language was gross. I'm not a prude but there were families around the pool & nothing seemed to be done about their lude behaviour. If you are self catering there is only one supermarket nearby.
“Parque Mourabel - Oasis Village”
5 years ago I stayed at the Parque Mourabel and I enjoyed it very much. For that reason, I decided to stay there again as I wanted to go back to Vilamoura. The apartment I was given, once again, was very comfortable, very cleaned,and it had all the necessities. Waiting for me, on the dining room table, a plate with fresh fruit, a bottle of wine, fresh water, which I thought was a very nice gesture, as this welcome treat was not requested. I am thinking to go back again in October, and I recommend this place to anyone who is thinking to go to the Algarve.
“Very relaxed”
Well equiped apartment, with full cooking facilities. Cleaned every day. 25 minuetes walk from the beach, courtesy bus available 3 times a day. Really enjoyed the short break and will go back later in the year as the weather was not so good

It was our second trip to th Parque and the 5 th to the Algarve . We enjoyed and where pleasantly surprised to find that the apartments had been thoroughly refurbishe as well as the building and the hotel Bar . They where still working on the cosmetics while we where there . Some of the staff had changed but we still found some staff we knew from our oprevious visit wich was over 4 years ago.
“Proceed with extreme caution”
The location is lovely. The horror is that every single apartment varies - a lot! I was put into an utterly disgusting apartment, stained carpets, smelly, dirty, everything was sticky, curtains dangling from poles, sockets out of walls, wires exposed, rusty furniture, including the bathtub and patio set, cupboard doors hanging off hinges and blackened walls. The TV was tiny and had no remote. The front door was difficult to lock and had holes carved right the way through on the inside. Dirty cleaning items were everywhere, several lights didn't work and to top it all - no hot water. The boiler was blackened. Despite my protests, the reception staff could only offer a 15euro dinner voucher and the manager refused to deal with it. Only by making a huge stink did I get moved. Too late into a short break. So proceed with extreme caution if you choose this facility, it is not a hotel, they don't care.
“Probably better alternatives out there...”
Firstly Villamoura is a wonderful place. We picked this hotel due to the large pool and relative proximity to the beaches and marina but there were problems. The beds had wooden ends to them so if you're over 6ft you won't be able to stretch out fully. Satellite TV it may be but the only English speaking channel was BBC news. We were on the ground floor and could hear every footstep and chair movement above. For some reason the bin men would often collect outside the hotel at 4am waking us up. The receptionists on the only 2 occasions I needed them finished their phone calls with their friends before dealing with me. On a positive note the pool is nice and the 20 minute walk to the marina and beaches are quite pleasant.
“Our third stay at Pargue Mourabel, Can't wait to go back!”
We stayed at Pe Do Lago last week. Our room was very clean and well equiped. This is our third stay at Oasis Village and it will not be our last. We love it!

Just came back after a weeks stay had a fantastic time was staying in the oasis village very clean and maintained very good value for money.Lovely surrounding landscapes.Im young so for the livliness travelled to marina and albufiera which is not far.Everywhere easy and accessable staff very friendly! defo going back.
