The 2-story, 600-square meter (6,500-square foot) Spa Hotel Quinta do Lago contains an indoor pool in a glass-walled pavilion equipped with jets for hydrotherapy and a current to swim against. Massages, hydro-massages, facial/body treatments and scrubs, manicures and pedicures, hydro/chromo therapy, reflexology, and facials are all available, and massage is also offered on the beach.
The spa also contains a mirror-walled fitness room with cardio machines, weight machines, and free weights; a spa tub; and women's and men's locker rooms with saunas and steam rooms - all complimentary, as is use of the pool. Guests can play tennis on 2 outdoor courts, and take golf lessons to enhance their on-site play.
