“Great location, modern & efficient”

The hotel is in a superb location, barely 10 metres from the edge of the marina. Facilties are modern and clean, staff spoke good English and were always helpful. Certainly not the cheapest hotel in town but would be difficult to beat for quality.

“Excellent hotel, very high standards”

A floor is refurbished every year keeping the hotel in tip top condition. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool is a suntrap but beware the pool is refrigerated and a bit on the cold side even though it is in the sun all day. There is a poolside bar / cafe from which you can get drinks etc at cheaper than bar prices. Balcony rooms overlook the marina and are spacious, clean and smart.

“Ideal location with lovely views.”

The hotel overlooked the Marina, and as our rooms had balconies we had lovely views. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very good especially the buffet style breakfasts that the children particularly liked. The pool was on the roof top and although the water was not heated to a high temperature, having a swim was very refreshing after a hot day.All the staff were very helpful.

“Keep it under your hat”

If everyone knows how great this place is, it will be too popular. So I will say no more.

“A great time”

Hotel was at a fantastic location in the heart of Faro. Very clean and staff were kind and efficient. Well worth paying the extra for the marina view. Being November it was a shame that we were not brave enough to try the roof top pool!! Breakfast was till 10.30 whcih suited us great and there was a wide range of food to suit all tastes, from continental to a good Lancashire fry up!!! or both! Lovely views over marina from resteraunt.

“Perfect Hotel in Faro”

The hotel is within walking distance from the train station, easy to find and near the bus station which services the airport. It is very convenient to the old town, restaurants and shopping. We had a large, beautiful corner room overlooking the square and were able to pick up free wifi from our balcony. The bathroom was modern and clean and the hotel was very nice overall. The breakfast room upstairs is surrounded by windows with fabulous views of the water, and the buffet was delicious. Be sure to take one of the cruises through the canals out to the island with its wildlife and beautiful beach.

“Cant wait to go back”

we had a room with the marina view well worth the Xtra premium, room was clean although a little "cosy" bathroom had bath & shower & was very clean. Very good breakfast spread from eggs, bacon, fruit, cheese &a selection of cold meats. Overall the Hotel was very good value.

“Happy to go back again”

My second time at this hotel. I have never found anything to complain about, and would certainly return again. The staff are efficient rather than overtly friendly. Possibly because the hotel is geared as much towards the business/conference market than towards tourism. Faro itself is less of a tourist destination, but has plenty of restaurants to choose from where the locals hang out. I quite like the place, with the exception of graffiti in too many places. A good place to use as a base, and travel outwards.
