Nice stay. Spacious apartment (unit 12). Great view of ocean. Bathroom did not have extractor fan although the fittings suggested there was one. So lot of humidity after a shower. Sliding door to spacious balcony would not lock. Also I thought there would be more comfort if there was softer lighting in the lounge and bedroom

There was a wedding happening there so the two nights before the people were partying all night. I was sleeping in the living room and the room was near ours.. didn't get any sleep

This was an absolute gem of a hotel in the area. Close to the beach, quiet, clean, lovely property and accommodations. Exceptional staff. Easy walk up the hill to the more lively nightlife and restaurants, and a lovely pool with bar to relax by during the day. Would book again.

Wonderful stay in a great place.
Short stay in apartment 17 before joining family in a villa. Everything was wonderful - towels for the pool/ beach, washing up stuff. Shower stuff. Little kitchen. Very polite and helpful staff. Only gripe is the fact that people put towels down on sun loungers by 9.00am so late comers are left sitting on chairs. We went to the beach so not bothered by this. Perhaps a new rule should be - no one on the sunbed after 1 hr, the towels are removed? Life guard and bar pool were great also. Happy hr is helpful. 5 mins to the beach. We’d stay here again.

What a lovely stay! We wish we had spent more time at this hotel. The staff was fantastic. Super helpful & very friendly. Great location. Cute little bar by the pool. Grounds were very clean. Please invest in better pillows, though.

Amazing staff! Property perfect for family!
Our stay at 3hb golden beach was amazing ! Property is clean and suitable for families. Almost all amenities are available like pool, jacuzzi , gym etc ! The staff is amazing and communicates ver effectively. The property is just 50 Mtrs from oura beach. I definitely recommend this property

Hotel was perfect! Walking distance from the Strip and the beach and a 5 minute drive to the Old Town. Rooms were incredibly spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

3HB Golden Beach was steps away from decent dining, a well stocked grocery store and the beautiful Oura Beach. The hotel wasn't directly on the beach but there were lounge chairs and drink service for purchase on the beach. The pool was clean and my kids, 9 and 11, loved swimming. The pool bar was very nice for lounging while the kids played in the pool. There were plently of lounge chairs at the pool. No need to rush down at 8am to stake a claim. The lobby staff was amazing. We needed large taxis for our group and they called the service for us each time. Also, my son left his phone in the room and after checkout they came to find us at the restaurant to return it. I wish they offered breakfast service at the hotel but as long as you know to purchase food the night before you will be fine. No restaurants open before 10am but there is a nice little cafe for coffee and pasteries that opens at 8am. There are lots of steps and hills but that is the theme in Portugal.

What a beautiful place to stay. Far way from the strip that it was quiet and just a short walk to dinner or pub. One minute walk to the beach, great staff, perfect place to stay.

Hotel nice, but area too "party-heavy"
Two nights in Albufeira. Didn't expect town to be so "party" oriented...was looking for a slightly calmer beachside experience. Not the hotel's fault. Property was very convenient, nice pool set off from busy street/tourist area. Food around the area really mediocre.

Great Long Weekend
Great location spacious room with a sea view. Friendly staff and everywhere was spotlessly clean! Far enough from the strip if you don’t want a rowdy stay but close enough if you do!

Missed this place during covid
Excellent stay again. This was our third visit to Golden Beach. Perfect for families or those wanting a friendly atmosphere. On the Rocks bar has ideal snacks and great cocktails (happy hour 4-6).

Bear in mind, this was off peak, the hotel and the area was relatively quiet. Having said that, it was exactly what we would prefer, no queues, easy access to facilities, no wait for loungers etc. The property is in a prime location, with easy access to the local beach, the nearby shops (top tip to buy some breakfast items, teabags, coffee, milk etc as there is a kitchen) restaurants and the strip. It's perfect if you need the convenience but not if you want to be remote and away from anyone else, your choice but I prefer the bustle, activity and signs of life. There is free parking just outside on the streets but can imagine high demand during busy times. The hotel has a private car park but limited to about 5 cars and requires daily payment but worth it. The apartment is kept clean and towels changed daily. There is a small, stocked kitchen with microwave, cutlery and crockery. The rooms are large and spacious. There is a separate bedroom and lounge, dining area and a personal balcony. We had a sea view and it was glorious to sit and have a relaxing breakfast in the sunshine each day. The pool area has a bar with music, ideal to relax and enjoy. To offset the chill at night, there are wall heater units in the bedroom and lounge. Only minor downside, there are signs of age and wet mould in some of the grout around the shower unit but nothing really off putting. Overall, highly recommend this aparthotel if you want to be in the thick of it but still have some personal idyll

Fabulous place to stay
Property is in a great position very close to the beach. We arrived early and they had our room ready for us straight away which was a real bonus. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The pool area and bar were great - comfy sun beds and chilled music from the bar all day made for a great place to relax. Communication before arriving was really good too and we were able to fill out all our checkin forms online before arriving meaning actual check in process was really quick. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfect place to stay in Albufeira
I stayed in one of the hotels apartments for 4 nights with my friends. I couldnt recommend it more. The location was perfect....so close to the beach and to the strip. The staff we very helpful with anything we needed and the place was super clean.

Very clean and peaceful property. Location is perfect! I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay there again!!

This was our second stay here. It’s convenient, apartments are a good size, pool is well maintained and the on the rocks bar/cafe is great for lunch/snacks. Beach is just a minute walk away and the apartments face the ocean.

The staff at 3HB are v.helpful friendly and we had apartment cleaned, beds made and clean towels every day. Great location, will def stay here again. Sad to leave.

Great place to stay
Lovely hotel in prime position near the beach and a short walk up the street to the strip. Pool area was quiet but a nice calm area to relax. We had a 3 bed apt/room with a great terrace. The room was clean and a good size. Every member of staff that we met were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Superb stay. Upgraded to delux apartment. Sea view unreal. Apartment newly fitted out. Air con worked a dream. Balcony was huge. Always a bed around the pool. Only one suggestion, accept card payments by the pool.

Fabulous gem!!
I travelled with my husband and 2 children 11 and 13 on 5th August- the day the hotel reopened after Covid 19. It was pristine clean- the reception, the apartment, pool and all areas of the complex. I honestly could not fault it in any way- we had the pool to ourselves for the initial couple of days. We were asked to wear masks in reception (also one has to wear them inside shops, and on entry exit and when using toilets in restaurants etc but obviously not while seated at your table). The hotel pool was beautifully clean and warm- they check the pool frequently and they unobtrusively spray disinfectant on sun loungers, play areas, etc,public toilets are also exceptionally clean. we were only there for one week and it was incredibly relaxing- unlike the usual crazy busy August sea side hotels pre covid 19. The beach is a 2 min walk and so too are 2 supermarkets. The room amenities are good- well stocked kitchen and air con etc with spacious balcony. Monika and ?Hugo on reception could not have been more helpful- they upgraded us to a beautiful deluxe sea view room. There is a lifeguard on duty from 9am to 7pm and the bar by the pool is also open in these hours with happy hour daily from 4-7pm alng with an easy listiening singer on Wednesdays. Beautiful Italian restaurant accross the road- S Martinos- we ate there almost every nite as the food was fantastic and so too was the setting (upstairs terrace overloking the sea). Also close to the Albufeira strip without hearing it

Gem by the sea.
Great location away from the busy night time bars. We had a 1 bedroom apartment with kitchenette which was very spacious. The sea view were beautiful from our room. Would definitely recommend.
