“One Night Stop”

Required accommodation for 1 night at the end of a family holiday prior to flight back to UK. Chose this apartment, 2 bedroom, self catering on a complex with restaurant, pools and entertainment from the website within 30 minutes of starting the search. Budget dictated choice - location important too due to early flight time. No hotel room crush desired at a more modern low budget chain establishment and wanted to come and go, privacy from teenage children and self cater as desired.

Area recommendations

Beach was excellent, shopping very good on the front above the sandy beach near to and along the same road as the old fortress. Five Star hotel and casino nearby and plenty of restaurants offering a variety of food dotted all around.

“Great complex but couple of things could improve on...”

Large apartment and clean, well kept, well stocked kitchen area. Beds and pillows weren't very comfy in the room, quite noisy could hear others in the building coming and going and also noisy dogs barking from houses outside the entrance to the complex. Great swimming pools, kept very clean, sunloungers etc all in good condition.

“mixed”

We booked a 5 day stay in October. The apartment was inexpensive and reflected that. We were located in an outside block in a very basic apartment facing away from the complex . We did however have access to all their facilities and I must say the complex 'proper' looked very nice. The senior reception staff member could have been more polite, however the other staff members were very helpful. I'd just say beware of block 20 in case the same apartments are available at full cost at high season.10 walk to beach.

Move down the beach towards the Marina its less crowded, lovely beach.

“Das Hotel Vilarosa hat ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis”

Zufrieden mit Pool, Preis, und Personal. Die Betten ein bisschen dürftig aber ausreichend. Der Strand ist ganz gut zu erreichen, etwa 5-10 minuten Fußmarsch.

“Das Apartamentos Clube Vilarosa liegt in der Nähe des schönen Strands Praia da Rocha”

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe einiger Strände, etwa 15 Minuten entfernt von der Party-Strandpromenade zu Fuß). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend Die ZImmer und das Hotelgelände sind sehr sauber und bieten ein schönes Ambiente. Alles was das Herz begehrt ist vorhanden!
