The hotel is lovely and facilities very good. I had a massage in the Spa and it was fantastic. The staff are lovely and the rooms are very clean and spacious. My only problem was that my balcony overlooked the very busy main road so I was woken every morning very early by the traffic. Also the noise from the street meant I didn't get to sleep until at least 2 am. I was shattered by the end of my stay. I did ask about another room but was told the hotel was full??? Didn't appear full. I would have gladly paid more so I could sleep. However, the pools and surrounding areas were immaculate and sunbeds were plentiful. I would stay again but only if they would guarantee a pool view room, paying the extra is worth it.
Hotel pictures look exactly like the hotel. Nice and modern. Great food and selection for breakfast buffet. Amazing spa facilities. Booked a full aroma body massage. Will definitely come back to the hotel again.

Good hotel. Very nice room with sea view and excellent breakfasts. They put on breakfast at 05:00 on race day which was a very big tick in the box. It was about a mile walk along the seafront to the main event location on the beach and less than a kilometre up the road to Transition.

Great hotel, very helpful and polite staff.
Make sure you book the room with a sea view, totally worth it. The view from the balcony overlooking the ocean cannot be any better.
Location is perfect, right on a white sand beach.
Staff are very polite and very friendly.
You can book excursions, rent bicycles, book for watersport activities in the hotel.
Public buses stop right next to the hotel which can take you anywhere in the island.
Vegetarian options in dinner is very limited. But that wouldn't be a problem for most.
Will surely book our stay here next year.

Had a great time at this hotel and recommend it. Hotel, facilities, food and beach access were great. Grounds are extensive, so you can always find a nice spot. No towels on sunbeds and three pools across the complex to choose from. Guests are mainly from Germany, so British visitors are in the minority. Friendly and helpful staff, reasonable prices and good entertainment. We also found a great "chill out" beach bar just 5 minutes walk up the beach.
"The hotel is excellent, right on the sandy beach."
Sea view room is spacious with every comfort possible. Plenty of sunbirds around pool, beach has sun umbrellas and sungbeds. Wifi is free and covers pool and beach area. Excellent food and always helpful staff. Thumb definitely up
"Great location, clean, friendly - would stay again"
We had a lovely welcome from Juan at reception who could not do too much for us. We had room 403 (studio) which over looked the street so we thought it would be loud. We were surprised by lovely views of the mountains and it was not loud at all. The hotel staff were all very friendly, the food was fresh and varied and the hotel was maintained to a high standard.
The beach is only 200m away and it is lovely and sandy, warm sea and near to the port.
Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

The original walled Old Town of Alcúdia is well worth a visit for its reconstructed medieval streets and Roman remains. By contrast the resort area is thoroughly modern with high-rise hotels and tourist shops around the bay. The beach is one of Mallorca’s biggest (15 kilometres) and best, with various water sports on offer. To escape the crowds visit the adjacent S’Albufera nature reserve.
