arrived with lovely staff at reception our room was slightly a bit dated but very very clean and good size the pool was wonderful we had ground floor which was perfect lots wildlife going on which is great,
every staff was so lovely and friendly i would definately return to this resort i could go on but nothing bad to say about the place
"The hotel is excellent, right on the sandy beach."
Sea view room is spacious with every comfort possible. Plenty of sunbirds around pool, beach has sun umbrellas and sungbeds. Wifi is free and covers pool and beach area. Excellent food and always helpful staff. Thumb definitely up
The hotel was very close to the Port d'Alcudia where you'll find plenty of restaurants and night markets. The stretch of beach is sooo long with clear waters and nice sand.
The hotel served a wide range for breakfast including cooked and continental. The staff at the dining area were really friendly and helpful. I would say that the receptionists were quite helpful, although there were a few that were very vague with directions and recommendations.
Didn't really use the facilities but seemed ok.
Good for young families and for those who like to be surrounded by lots of people. The pool and sun loungers are packed which is the only downside for me. Otherwise it was a lovely setting and the hotel was spotless.

Right on the long, wide sandy beach. Just 3 Km. from Puerto de Alcudia. There is cycle path in front of the hotel.Popular …More
Good, clean hotel. Good air conditioning. Peaceful and quiet. Free wifi is weak. Just inside the wall to the town. Staff were helpful. Short distance from taxi rank and bus stop. Loads of good restaurants in the old town. Freshly cooked eggs for breakfast and plenty of fruit and cereal, cheese and meat.
Had a great time at this hotel and recommend it. Hotel, facilities, food and beach access were great. Grounds are extensive, so you can always find a nice spot. No towels on sunbeds and three pools across the complex to choose from. Guests are mainly from Germany, so British visitors are in the minority. Friendly and helpful staff, reasonable prices and good entertainment. We also found a great "chill out" beach bar just 5 minutes walk up the beach.
The original walled Old Town of Alcúdia is well worth a visit for its reconstructed medieval streets and Roman remains. By contrast the resort area is thoroughly modern with high-rise hotels and tourist shops around the bay. The beach is one of Mallorca’s biggest (15 kilometres) and best, with various water sports on offer. To escape the crowds visit the adjacent S’Albufera nature reserve.
