“Albuquerque”

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The staff was very friendly and helpful upon checkin. The room we had was gorgeous--absolutely immaculate and very well appointed. Being a long-term residence hotel, the mini-suite we had had many little luxuries, such as microwave popcorn, coffee, silverware, plates, etc. The full breakfast (complimentary) the next morning was fresh and delicious and far more than we needed! The hotel has a feel of being home, with the fireplace in the lounge area and the lovely furnishings throughout. Restaurants were within a mile of the hotel, in both directions, and the hotel was about a one minute drive off the interstate, so very convenient. It is in a quiet location, and we greatly enjoyed our stay, and would certainly stay again when in the area!

“Much more than I expected”

Very nice hotel. Rooms are well laid out and very comfortable. Decoration was well above par.

“Will definitely go back for the next Balloon Fiesta!”

My husband and I were so pleased to have booked our room here for the Balloon Fiesta--it is convenient, very, very clean, the "suite" set-up was very comfortable...the staff were especially helpful--from the great and knowledgeable lady that checked us in, to the lady that got breakfast going and ready and beautiful by 4:30a...and the folks that drove the shuttles--all terrific! Kudos to all for making it easy 'n' fun!!

“A Pleasant Surprise”

I have stayed at a lot of hotels in my 30 years of business travel, including some that are much more expensive than this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by having a suite with a lot of space for a lot less money than other places. Though I didn't use the kitchen, that is a bonus for those who want one. The hotel is very new and very nicely appointed. The only item that could be improved was the heating system. It had some type of pre-programming where it would drop a couple of degrees as the night progressed and I'd never run into that before (you could manually change this). Overall, there is great value here and I'd recommend it to others.

“perfect location”

ideal location to explore the sandia mountains and only a hop skip and a jump from museums in down town and old town. immediate access to highway without the noise of it. breakfast buffet seems better on weekends. room was super - clean, neat, spacious.

“A nice place to stay”

Extremely clean hotel. Nice service. Excellent breakfast and what a remarkable staff. Away from highway noise. Must stay to feel the at home feeling.

“Awesome hotel, don't forget anything, though.”

Overall, this hotel was great. The breakfast was great, the service was great, and the staff was helpful. The only hitch in our trip was there was 6 of us, but for some reason only one towel was in the bathroom. We just went and got more. The hot tub foamed up too much, indicating a lack of water maintenance. But the pool was in great condition. We left an expensive book and a bag of medicine when we checked out, and they were stolen out of the room by housekeeping rather than put in their lost and found. So I highly recommend this hotel, but don't leave anything behind!

“Great stay at Staybridge”

Although it is not in a trendy part of town the hotel was very nice, had a lovely breakfast, and provided free shuttle transportation within 5 miles of the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the rooms, which looked newly renovated.

“Friendly hotel”

We were very pleasantly surprised as this was a moderately priced hotel but our room had everything. It was really comfortable and the hotel staff was so helpful. One thing that was unexpected, washer and dryer that was free.
