“Great for the money”

Welcoming, good location, nice, friendly and clean.

“Good price but not great accomodations.”

There was only one chair (desk chair) in the room, and no coffeemaker. The cord on the floor lamp was cut off, so unusable. One of the shampoo packets left for us had been used, and only one washcloth was there. There was no cover on the pastries in the coffee room, and the one kind of diet soda in the machine was empty. The room (and outside door) keys only worked some of the time. The workers were pretty friendly though.

“Cheap, but OK”

It was a bit run down, but it was fine for an inexpensive place to spend the night and we had no problems with the room.

“Not a bad stay”

We had a decent stay at the red roof inn...it wasn't the nicest place to stay, but you get what you pay for. The towels are a small, but that's a small complaint.

“Disappointed”

I was disappointed in the service provided. I requested extra towels and pillows and the hotel was unable to provide them. They had to take them from other rooms which would have inconvenienced the other travelers in the hotel. We were able to get a room by the pool and on the other side of the highway construction which was good. The continental breakfast was passable but there was never enoug milk for the cereal.

“not great customer service”

We stayed at hotel while father had open heart surgery. I asked for a coffee pot in my room and was told the king bed suites had them and they had no extras. I was also told that the king suites had refrig and microwave and because I needed a double queen room that i could not get them accomations. I was there with my mom and 2 kids and we would not fit into that room and it sucked to have to keep ice chest for food and milk for my little ones. I think they should be more understanding in a case like ours and we did rent a total of 4 rooms with all our family there. The front desk people were rude. the contenital breakfast was a joke. hard donuts and cold cereal. no waffles or fruit to be had....

“ok for what it is”

about what you can expect for price and pet friendly. staff was outstanding. ownership is obviously pinching pennies. building and facilities pretty run down.

“The pleasant surprise.”

Lobby area and area of town made me uneasy, but when I saw the room I was pleased. It was clean and the indoor hallway and self locking outside doors made it feel safe. The room was spacious and comfortable.

“The Red "fix your hotel up" Inn”

Had to change room as AC thermostat wouldn't adjust. They got me another room the next morning after a 45 minute wait. That room was a "show" room and the bed had been slept in and shower had been used. The AC in that room didn't work at all!! They finally put us in a room that everything worked ok. This was a 2 night one day stay!! Took me 1/2 hr to check in as they only had one person working the desk and there were 3 people with screwed up reservations (not red roof's fault). I'll spend more to get better service...and that takes a lot for me to say!! You can only enter on one side of the hotel as one side is enter only the other side exit only. So, the enter only side has nowhere to park!! Go figure...

“Good Staff and disappointing Motel”

The Staff was very good to work with. They were the only real positive to the Motel. I would recommend it only as a last chance place.
