“great value - quick stay”

“Not what I expected”

Room was nothing like what was advertised. Supposed to be a pool side kitchenette. The room could not have been any farther away from the pool and had no kitchenette. Lock on the door did not work properly, and the gate to the outside of the property did not work.

“It's a nice hotel.”

It's a nice hotel. For the price I expected more, but then again it's all right. I liked the fact that my room was far away from the traffic on the main street.

“Beautiful place to stay”

Wonderful place but the pool was shut down for 3 of the 7 days we stayed for treatment. That was our only complaint. However the spa was thoroughly enjoyable. This is the place to stay!

“It was Great in the 70's...”

- Rooms are quite dated - Old CRT TV's - All rooms open to outside, albeit some to courtyard - One (total one cup) coffee packet, about 5 grains of sugar in packet - Old HVAC system under window shook so much my door rattled most of the nite.

“OK for the price.”

Worst coffee I have ever had at the continental breakfast. Choices slim but cannot complain due to the price of the room.

“Very disappointed, will not use again.”

Hotel information and pictures upon booking very deceiving. Hotel is old with little to no noticeable updates. Room was minimally tolerable, with no comfortable feeling like you expect on a vacation. Closet door broken and sink plunger would not work. Grounds very unkept and dirty, including a fountain area that was broken with stagnet water, dead flowers in all flower pots, trash laying araound. On site restaurant closes early so no opportunity for food, except for dirty vending machine mostly empty. Continental breakfast not much to speak about. Gym has broken equipment and was the dirtiest area making it unuseable to us. Outside pool available, but we were so disappointed with surroundsings that we were not comfortable using it. We met 2 other couples that had stayed at this hotel previously, but were as disappointed and would not use again.

“Worth It”

Don't let the outer appearance of this hotel fool you. It is an older hotel & from the outside it doesn't look great but the rooms are very clean and spacious and affordable. The air conditioner wasn't working very well and the TV was very small but the grounds are worth it. Once you walked out to the courtyard it was beautiful, a hiden oasis. The pool was great, staff extremely helpful and friendly. The only other thing that sucked was both ice machines were broken so you had to go to the restaurant to get ice and the ice bucket provided was extremely small. The kids had a great time playing on the grounds. We didn't eat at the restaurant but it looked nice as well as the little bar if you wanted to go grab a drink. Over all we really enjoyed it and I would stay there again (in the summer).

Getting around

The Cottonwood mall isn't far and there is lots of stuff around, stores, places to eat.

“Fleabag”

This place was totally gross and we didn't even sleep there, it was really smelly, probably should honestly have a 1 star rating, want my money back!!! We left after 15 minutes of being totally grossed out, scary location as well, AVOID this hotel
