“Can't wait to go back”

Every thing about this hotel was very comfortable and all the hotel employees were very nice and help full. This was one of the few hotels we have stayed in that called our room about the time we fisrt got there to see if we had everything we needed and to offer there help without us having to ask them. We would recommend this hotel anyone that really needs a break from the same old hotel. they also have a in house starbucks and is close to alot of shopping areas.

“Great Place to stay in Albuquerque”

We love Hyatt Place, and the Albuquerque Uptown was no exception. It was wonderful! Great service, clean rooms, and very quiet. We love that our family of 6 can stay in the same room. Great rates for a family on a budget.

“Hyatt Place Uptown Impresses with Service”

On a recent business trip I decided to stay close to my morning appointments. I enjoyed the Hyatt Place very much for several days in early October 2009. First, although young, the attitude and eagerness of all of the staff to provide exceptional service is apparent from the moment you walk in the door. It is quite different from staying at a Hyatt Regency, but the differences are in the building and not the Hyatt experience. Second, overall, I found it to be quite comfortable and well thought out for the business traveler, from the free breakfast to the business center with computers and a printer always available. This is my second stay at a Hyatt Place, and I am very impressed with the business model and comforts of this Hyatt brand. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

“Nice, clean, great location”

Loved this hotel. Lots of room with couch, refrigerator, nice TV. Would have loved access to a microwave. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by if you are interested in that. We spent a lot of time on day trips to Bandelier and the Ice caves close by. Eat at Sadies and definitely take the tram to Sandia Peak. Old town was also a must see. The kids enjoyed the music at the park. Never went to the pool but others said it was great.

“Great Find In Albuquerque”

I've traveled to Albuquerque many times and stayed in a variety of hotels there, and this hotel is now--by far--my favorite deal there to recommend. The name Hyatt gives it recognizable branding, but the new Hyatt Place format is geared to a lower price-point, yet with a modern twist. Here you'll find all the basic amenities with a clean, minimalist approach to design--and the all-important REAL CLEAN we all want in a hotel room. One of the best things about the location is that it appears to be a very secure area of town and is just across the street from a huge new shopping development that has many national stores and high-quality shops--along with a variety of new and upscale restaurants. Don't go downtown and pay twice as much at the old grande dame Hyatt monolith--get a better gathering of amenities and freshness here. One thing to know--the listing for the street is "Arvada", but the new name, apparently, is Avenue of the Americas, or something like that. The hotel and Expedia should change the listing so that finding this gem isn't a challenge for those not from the area.

“Comfortable and Spacious”

I traveled with 2 friends and we enjoyed our stay. The room was large and comfortable and the separate living areas were fab. The location was convenient, right across the street from uptown, so all of the restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Parking is well-lit and the area is clean and not noisy at all. The only minor thing was it took us forever to find the ice machine, its only on the first floor i think, or maybe it was the 3rd floor, I don't remember. Anywho Staff were helpful and friendly, the lobby had food items and drinks. I really enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt and plan to stay here again.
