“Exactly what we needed”

Used for one night, specifically for close proximity to the Sandia Casino. Room oohed great, walls seemed thin with next door having tv on very loudly. Didn't use any amenities other than included breakfast, which was pretty much a continental breakfast. For what we needed it was good.

On arriving we were greeted with a genunine welcome. The reception staff were helpful to all of our needs. After a long day it was so nice to be taken care of. A surprise! Thank you!

Room had been converted to non-smoking, but smell of smoke was still quite strong. Further action needed.

“Just another interstate motor hotel, but it works”

There is absolutely nothing notable about this property just off I-25 near the Balloon Park; it's lodging for the weary interstate traveler, no more and no less. However, what it does, it does well. Our room was surprisingly quiet given its proximity to the highway; I'm highly sensitive to noise when trying to sleep, but had no difficulties at all. The included breakfast was adequate, and the service was helpful and polite. We would stay there again the next time we have business on the north side of town.

The location was great for where we needed to be. I only was able to take advantage of the breakfast bar once as early risers on the weekend must not count. The beds were very uncomfortable and didn't sleep well. Our room was on the first floor near the pool and would recommend a second floor or higher. Overall it was comortable and the housekeeping did an awesome job cleaning the room.
